We had the pleasure of attending the Little Doctor Contest conducted today at Rio Child Hospital, and I must say the event was exceptionally well organized. From the warm welcome extended to all participants to the thoughtful arrangements made for both children and parents, everything was handled with remarkable attention to detail. All participating children received certificates, and refreshments including cookies, juice, snacks, and water were generously offered to everyone present. It was truly heartening to witness such a well executed initiative that not only encouraged children but also reflected the hospital's commitment to community engagement. A special word of appreciation to the entire management team, whose humility and professionalism stood out, especially when managing crowd situations calmly and respectfully even when a few parents did not cooperate and moved close to the stage. The organizing committee managed everything with grace and composure. I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Saravanan Sir, the MD and Chairman, for envisioning and executing such a meaningful and grand event. It was an inspiring experience for all. We had an excellent experience at Rio hospital,Madurai. We were here for emergency care for my severe ear infection which were so delicately taken care by Dr. Jamal sir ,nursing staff, administration , receptionist, everyone's efforts are well appreciated. Overall service is so good. Doctors nurses are very caring and helpful. They supported me throughout the illness process and checked about my pain level after the treatment. Especially Dr. Jamal sir was very polite. He took time to explain what are the cause of the infection and how we should take care for that and so on. Highly recommend for kids and adult emergency.

Thank you rio hospital for save my new born baby hospital atmosphere is too good for paediatric.doctors , staffs are too good but one minor mistake I have addressed .pharmacy stock are checking method is too bad. average temperature of drug is maximum 24 to 30 degree. but the staffs are checking stocks bulk in under the hospital there is no use for efficiency of drug . I said that one person there poor method to you excuted.they tell management protocol is there . But this is not safety at all .I also worked in medical field.kindly address it ... . Thanking you .,

I recommend DR.Dinesh babu the best pediatrician Very good at diagnosis and treatment. Listens to all our queries and clears them. He is a amazing doctor very friendly always available for doubts and he always gives right medicines. And I want to definitely say about the physiotherapist of rio hospital Dr. Sangeetha is a highly skilled and knowledgeable physiotherapist and taking good care for our baby. Mam is too friendly but also provided clear instructions on exercises we could continue at home. The personalized attention and genuine concern for my daughter's well-being were evident throughout our experience.We are looking forward to achieving our baby's milestone achievements under her guidance. I was in a critical situation when my newborn baby was admitted to Rio Hospital. I felt completely helpless due to a lack of funds. At this time, Mr. Jeeva from the insurance team guided me in the right way to get a new e-card for my baby, which was processed successfully and the claim was approved.
