Dr. Quality Care Hospital

This place is with such unprofessional receptionist ever. Even the doctors are polite. And the lady thinks that the hospital is running only because of her. Very worst receptionist , she is very rude and arrogant to the patients . "Duty of them ==== Hospital receptionists work in hospitals and help patients, answer phones, assist patients, handle mail, file records and make sure medical offices are running smoothly. Receptionists are also responsible for giving patients information on what is happening in the clinic and checking them in for appointments. " But she can't even answer properly over the phone. Then no other duties are done in a professional way.

Dear Friends, I have visited this hospital regards for General Vitamin d3 deficiency consultation. My god, very very pathetic service rendered. The girl who introduced herself as doctor has no idea about the tablet to be prescribed. She has been guided by office boy for correct medicine name in front of me. Never visit this clinic in your life timd. Please. There are good hospitals. Kindly take reference and visit.

Lady receptionist attitude is very rude. I had bad experience while enquired for doctor twice.

No cards, no UPI payments. The don't provide any cashless mode of payment. Strictly Cash only. And the closest ATM is around 500 meters away. Not ideal for someone who visits alone and has no cash in hand.

Lady Receptionist attitude is very rude and she is behaving as if she is running the hospital.It would be better if she is polite to the patients.

They do provide quality care for patients but somewhere amidst all this, they forget to provide or pay attention to the quality. It will be a better place if both quality and care were given equal importance.

Hygeine Zero. i asked for the pillow to be changed because of blood stains but the stupid nurse said "so what it is just a stain" absolutely disguesting. GH is 1000 times better than here.
