My mother (Malathi) got admitted in Dr.Madhavan's Heart Center for heart-related alignment and got discharged last week (3rd Apr). Doctors, nurses and staffs delivered EXCELLENT care during hospitalization. Special thanks to Dr. Madhavan, Dr. Santhosh and Dr. Amudhanilavan for diagnosing the problem and recommending the right treatment plan! I felt that the Drs are transparent in their opinion on what is the right course of action required and flexible to accommodate the request from the family! I want to thank the nurse in CICU, they have offered the best class care when my mother was in ICU and she loved the nurses for the care & service delivered! Nurses demonstrated dedication, commitment and going extra mile to deliver care to the patient! Also, I want to thank Kavita madam in Insurance desk, who helped us in facilitating claims with insurance company. Overall, highly satisfied with the healthcare services delivered by the hospital. They offered heart care at affordable cost.
