I had a good experience at AR Hospital. The nurses were kind and caring, and the entire staff was very supportive throughout my treatment. They went the extra mile to assist me with my insurance process, which I truly appreciated. The hospital team listened to all my feedback and addressed concerns in a timely and professional manner. I'd especially like to mention one of the night duty staff members who was exceptionally diligent--she monitored my IV drips regularly and ensured everything was on track. I highly recommend AR Hospital for their patient care and staff support. However, I do not recommend Star Health Insurance, as my claim settlement experience with them was messy and frustrating.

This review is for the doctor we consulted (dr.seeralaboopathi)in AR hospital,my mother had already been affected with rheumatoid arthritis but when today we visited specifically for cervical disc bulk issue my mother recently going through,since she was already consulted another doctor because of the urgency and took all the reports there but now when we tried to show the reports to him he didn't even saw it during my moms initial stages of arthritis,this doctor was pretty good in treatment while in appollo hospital 5 years back 2020 ,but now he not that person anymore, however AR hospital management is dynamic on swift patient interpretation, testing , medicines etc . Might be the doctor don't like to observe his counterpart's report from another hospital but we don't have any choice and we were on complete agony and urgency for the treatment that day .

Hospital rooms and care taker services has to be definitely improved for the price which is been quoted during the stay. But you will get required support from the doctors if they are known to us.

Multi speciality hospital ... easy to reach Kind doctors Good staff and nurse Clean and Good Less traffic area

Everything is fine good response even doctors too I don't know why people are making a negative feedback A pharmacy is there the same hospital pharma quick response ever I seen and easy to go there no traffic in this road I PREFER THIS HOSPITAL BECAUSE CARRING IN HEALTH CARE don't confuse negative feedback's for all categories like ADULTS,CHILD CARE, one of the best hospital near by for me

Don't have facilities to do blood test and thyroid test , so be ready go to other hospital for testing even much more consulting fee, more doctor have to pay for consulting because they are sending the patient to other hospital for other test, like a business...

Very worst Hospital in Madurai, worst room atmosphere for the High charges they are charging for a IN-Patient bed per day. Poor maintainance hospital. Stretcher & wheel chair sounds are very high & rough handling of stretchers with noise which is disturbing other patients. Not Transparent in medicine charges. Very worst management. Manager is informing reception team to wantedly delay in patient discharge even after doctor mentioned everything is alright with delaying billing process to extend a day of stay to earn money. BETTER TO TAKE TREATMENT IN ANOTHER GOOD HOSPITAL WITH GOOD QUALITY INFRA MAINTAIN.

This review is about Dr. Indirani, Gynecologist. My wife visited the doctor for consultation for a skin infection. She charged Rs . 750 for each of the 10 visits, but inspected my wife only once, and the remaining visits were attended only by the nurse. My wife was not allowed to see the doctor, because it was said the infection might get communicated to other pregnant ladies (which was reasonable). However it was plain robbery charging Rs. 750 per visit, while even the top cardiologists in Madurai are not charging. Very greedy doctor.
