The worst hospital ever and I advice people not to join this and waste your time, money and things. The staffs are useless and there were no acceptance of cards for the payment, and also charge 1.5% commision for such payments. Kaasu pidunguradu only motive for the hospital and management.

They have good knowledge But they don't know how to run a proper management system. In my opinion, doctor visit fees are not important, but every visit, 350 to 500 claims. If the patient is admitted to the hospital, the doctor visits twice daily. Also, the main doctor, Mr Selvarajan, is a very aged and experienced person. But, Dr Selvarajan talked to my mom in front of me, so worst, talk my mom very uneducated and also very basic. We asked one question from them but answered something irrelevant; I don't know why! Dr Selvarajan, sir, if you see this message, go to take treatment first. We see your health conditions lively so go take treatment first. Next,you give treatment others. Also, KS hospital management team head reading this message. First make the token system properly . I see many time not work some other influence people. Directly visit doctor without taking token ? Also give advice to your doctors Come t timing to visit the hospital patience First also so take new doctor your hospital patience is so High compared to your doctor. It takes long time to check patience.. If you avoid this message note that i don't know you hospital future loss definitely for you worst management. So ,realise the first thing to start is to upgrade your hospital management and working environment system. I am just a person who have health problems to take treatment to your hospital. I definitely not recommend your hospital.treatment is good but more mentally we are stressed and irritated for long Waiting time. My grandmother said this hospital was so good at earlier. so, thats why we visit the hospital. So now it's day by day losing the value I hope you realise this. Thanks for your service .

Why are they using a token system? Waste of time.. Worst time management Nurses Not following the token system. It took 4 hours to meet the doctor(5th token)

I visited this hospital for a checkup without checking its Google ratings beforehand, and I regret that decision. Based on previous reviews, I was already aware of the generally negative feedback, but my experience confirmed these concerns. Here are some of the issues I encountered: 1. Staff and Nurses: The behavior of the nursing staff was disappointing, and they seemed lacking in professionalism and duty consciousness. 2.Pharmacy Service: The pharmacists treated us dismissively, as if they were the only ones knowledgeable about our situation. 3.Insurance Department: The insurance department was non-supportive and unhelpful. 4.Long Wait Times: We waited for six hours with an infant without being able to have lunch. It's may be someone's mistake but spoils image of your hospital and also doctor. I urge the hospital management to address these issues. Patients come in urgent need of care, and we deserve respect and a proper response from the management.

Very very worst hospital ever visited in my life time. Behaviour of nurse is very rude and disappointing. Doctor service also not satisfied. I suggest everyone please don't visit the hospital.

Today, I went to this hospital. The doctor's service was okay, but they have two medical shops inside the hospital. First, they asked me to buy an injection which cost Rs. 75. I gave them 100 rupees. The cashier told me they didn't have change for 100 rupees and asked me to get 5 rupees from another medical shop inside the hospital. I planned to get the balance at the end when buying the medicines. However, when I bought the tablets, they charged me 275 rupees. Again, they asked me for five rupees. I mentioned that I had bought an injection and they said I had to ask for the balance of 5 rupees. They were not cooperative, and the second medical shop also didn't give me the balance of 5 rupees. I ended up losing 10 rupees. It might be a small amount, but this seems to be a common issue for customers.

Very very worst management and hospital. We are waiting more the 5 Hrs to meet doctor. But nurses said doctor saw the report of patients. After that 5 hrs waiting period, nurse said doctor go to operation so you can't meet doctor today. Very worst behaviour of staff. We have two baby's also my babys not eat lunch this day. We are all very tired and upset with this management and hospital.

Out patient waiting more than 9 hr. But not attend the Doctor.Patient want extra B.P go to this hospital.
