The nursing staff was extremely supportive, attentive, and compassionate throughout our stay and especially ICU and ward nursing staff doing great job as taking care like family members. The facilities were clean, well-organized, and provided a very positive environment. Moreover, they were very fast in insurance process and approved which is highly recommended whoever having eligible. I am truly grateful to the entire team for making this important moment in our lives smooth and stress-free. 1.First of all everybody prefer cost effective hospital with good care. I agree that kamala hospital satisfied that thing. They has provided very less cost treatment with good hospitality. 2.Their infrastructure were good band clean. At the time of admission for 2 days regular checking of my bp level, I personally noticed cleanliness around me. The appointed workers cleaned my room 3 times a day and cleaned washroom 1 time a day. That is good and perfect. 3.Doctors and nurses were friendly and caring. Doctors explained each and everything to as clearly and the day shift, night shift nurses taken care very well. They explained everything about my treatment to as clearly from the time of admission till the time of discharge. I noticed that everyone paid the heartful love in their work. 4. I noticed that for every rooms the installed a button near the bed of every IPs that helped them to call the nurses for help in emergency situations. This type of technology in kovilpatti hospital is very superb move. Finally I feel that i have chosen a good hospital which makes my maturity journey perfect and enjoyable.
