Dr. Rahavendar hospital

Had a pathetic experience with this hospital. Admitted my mother for breathing issues. They kept her in ICU, took all investigations and discharged her after 12 hours saying she is all right. The specialist doctor was also absent and a secondary doctor was assigned. He could not tell what was the reason for the illnesses. Also no discharge certificate was issued and no break up bill was provided.

GH is better than this hospital. Don't go and suggest to anyone. The lack of empathy from some staff members is concerning." - "Doctors don't explain things clearly, leaving us with more questions." - "Nurses are often slow to respond to call bells." - "Some staff seem more focused on paperwork than patients." - "Staff attitude can be condescending at times." - The nurses are consistently rude and dismissive." - "The front desk staff is unfriendly and unhelpful." - "The staff doesn't communicate well with each other, leading to mistakes and delays." - "Some staff members seem burnt out and apathetic, which affects their work." - The billing process is confusing and stressful." - "The staff seems overwhelmed, and it shows in the care they provide"

This hospital is one of the worst hospital s in Tamilnadu. Because, The reception ist is very rude she looks like a face. Everyone don't go this hospital money and time waste. Please don't go this hospital

They treat you like govt hospital but expenses like 5 star hospital, no respect is given to the patient's attenders , but medical treatment is good

I have admitted my husband in this hospital.the treatment was so worst and the nurses were so rude and not even taking care of the patient.In the reception when we were going for an emergency the receptionist just talking and not even listening to us and they're not providing proper bills.The ambulance arived after an hour and ambulance was so dirty don't have siren and very worst experience I never experienced before staff are very rude and irresponsible charging more amount for each treatment.compared to this Hospital I felt Government Hospital is far better than this please don't go to this Hospital.

A multi speciality hospital. Situated in a very crucial place. Nice doctors. Nice employees. Moderate fee structure. Easy access to most places. A bit low in cleanliness.very near to aravind eye hospital.situated in the bank of vaigai.

Admitted my husband who met with accident in emergency care. There were few lapses initially. But the care by doctors and icu staff were excellent.Some of the services need to be faster. Other wise very good service

Firstly thanks to the doctor who referred me to visit Rahavendra Hospital kamaraj salai Madurai. My uncle was 79yrs and had stroke infarct, he was also a heart patient (bypass surgery ) but im the past 15years he never took tablets for his heart health as well as for the stroke. But with clear past history Doctors neurophysician in RH took emergency care on the patient immediately without even a delay. Patient had hypertension very high and. Doctors stabilised first before starting the medications of stroke. I really appreciate the reception and pharma staffs who never disrespected me when i even approach with a simple question. For ex i had given a patient name incorrect they changed immediately when i informed and provided all the bills. Special mentions to ICU nurse staffs and doctors who updates us with clear information and condition of patient. Currently he is in ICU i will keep this post updated on how the management is responsive when patient is moved to normal ward
