Dr. Gomathi Nursing Home

The experience is not so good here. It was an emergency and hence we chose this hospital. The services are underwhelming, if one is looking for complete care, cure & post hospitalization support. The general admin staff here are not adept in handling patients' / customers requirement. For some strange reason the patient, my father was discharged immediately after two day hospitalization for little tow removal and we had to continue hospitalization in Tirunelveli town. Anyone looking for hospitalization claim support, better stay away from this one and move to Tirunelveli city. The staff and management doesn't even have an idea that today's patients, relatives and thier friends are their future visitors and what kind of care & support they should tender to win thier hope and satisfaction. Unless there is an emergency, it is better to move to Tirunelveli which is 35kms near to this place.

Very worst experience.. NOT RECOMMENDED ESPECIALLY FOR DIABETIC PATIENTS.. THEY WON'T PROVIDE ANY BILLS .. EVEN I ASKED THEM JUST TO PROVIDE LAB BILLS BUT THEY SAID IT IS NOT AT ALL THEIR POLICY TO PROVIDE BILLS FOR ANYTHING TREATED IN THE HOSPITAL.. My father had diabetic wound and yesterday for emergency purpose we visited there .. He got shivering due to wound in feet.. They attended him only after 15 min and doctor just visited and instructed nurse that's it.. Later nurses (Nearly 7 people occupied in 1 small room and they asked me to stay outside) operated the wound and digged it very deep.. Among them one of the nurse showed me Face without tolerence and empathy.. Doctor haven't checked the wound physically .. We later shifted him next day to our regular hospital in Tirunelveli..

Dr Kumar's behaviour towards patients is at its worst. Hope he is not doing consultation free of cost to patients.

Does not care about patients. Even doctor and senior nurses also do not respond properly. too worst in service. I wish to give - star rating..

It was nice meeting Kumar doctor. He was friendly.
