Children's clinic. Very popular in this area. We usually visit Dr Rajkumar for vaccination and consultations. We are completely happy with his prescription and the way he treats patients. Usually a busy place. You have to bring your child to get a token for visits. Bike parking available

I visited the hospital last week because my baby was suffering from a severe cold in the lungs. The treatment was okay, but they were completely money-minded. Even if your baby is fine, they insist on admitting them to a bed. They won't allow discharge even when the baby is ready. They are cheating the government by not accepting any online payments, only cash. I believe they earn almost 1.5 lakhs per day with unaccounted money.

I hope this feedback reaches the Tamil Nadu Health Department for a thorough review of the hospital's practices and the safety concerns highlighted. ------------------------------------------------------- 1-Star Feedback: Concerns Over Barefoot Policy and Lack of Safety Measures. Feedback: I recently visited your hospital, and while the treatment was satisfactory and the staff I interacted with were polite, several policies and practices raised serious concerns!!! 1. Barefoot Policy: Both staff and visitors are required to enter the hospital barefoot and remain so, even when accessing washrooms. This is a significant hygiene issue, especially for visitors and patients, who may find this practice uncomfortable and unsanitary. For staff, working long hours barefoot on hard surfaces like marble floors can lead to long-term health issues. Management to Consider: Would you stand barefoot for 8-9 hours or use a shared washroom without footwear? If not, why impose this practice on others? What purpose does this policy serve, and could alternative solutions be considered? 2. Cash-Only Transactions: The hospital only accepts cash payments, which is inconvenient in today's digital age when cashless payments are the norm. This creates unnecessary hassle for visitors and patients. Recommendation: Please consider adopting digital payment options to enhance the overall experience for everyone. 3. X-Ray Technician Issues: During my visit, an X-ray for my child was conducted by a watchman instead of a qualified X-ray technician. This raises serious concerns about best practices and patient safety. Allowing unqualified personnel to handle such sensitive procedures undermines the purpose of professional training and could lead to health risks for patients. Management to Consider: Why is untrained staff performing duties that require specialized qualifications? This practice needs immediate review to ensure adherence to medical standards and safety protocols. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and implements necessary changes to improve both visitor and staff experiences while ensuring patient safety.

Very Worst Experience I visited this hospital around 1 AM because my wife has labour pain. 1. Nurse behaviour was too rude. She is not even ready to hear what we are saying. Nowadays government hospital nurses are far better than this hospital nurse. 2. They won't give you a separate room even though, you are ready to pay money. Along with my wife 2 other pregnant ladies are stayed. They couldn't able to sleep well. 3. They won't allow men inside the hospital if it's un time. You have to sit outside in mosquitoes bite. Note: They have enough space at OP waiting area. Still they won't allow us to sit inside.
