Very Rude doctors. We went for OP. The Gyno didn't even bother to check our record file and told straight away to go check with our regular doctor. Such unprofessional behaviour

It is very unfortunate to be unable to see a patience in a Doctor. I had a horrible Experience with Dr. G. Marimuthu. I visited the Mamalar Hospital with my sick grandmother who is not stable, frequent memory loss and unconscious at most of the time. She cannot explain her situation to the doctor to help him in his diagnostic either. Being said, I was asked by the Nurse to wait outside because of COVD crisis. Understanding the current situation, I wore a mask, surgical gloves and told her even to examine my granny, she got to be accompanied by me. But the nurse was not ready to let me in and shouted at me in front of everyone. I do not want to create a scene and disturb others and politely said that to take my grandma, do examination but would like to talk to the doctor upon diagnosis. She came back and told it looks like it a stroke. I was scared to death and met the doctor. Dr. G. Marimuthu didn't even have patience to talk to me for few mins. He was rushing for next patient and tried to avoid me. I told that the Nurse said it was a stroke and would like to check on her status. The very first question that Dr. G. Marimuthu asked is 'Am I the doctor or you'. When I ask about her condition, he is not ready to even listen to me. Instead, he was yelling and shouting at me to just go with the prescription. I said we are here for the consultation and cannot pursue any treatment until I know her status. He was very RUDE, ARROGANT and throwed the reports and prescription on us and asked us to leave. I literally cried but doesn't want to show in front of others and said, this is incorrect. But that pathetic doctor was yelling and shouting saying it is his hospital and he is the boss. FRIENDS, I STRONGLY COMMENT AND RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO HIM AS HE NEED SOME TREATMENT FOR HIMSELF FROM A BETTER DOCTOR TO CONTROL HIS ANGER.

very very bad experience, very bad Administration and Management and also very irritating managements staffs and nurse , Doctors. And not given computerized Bill, Because of this Management cheat to GOVERNMENT for the TAX Purpose, they cheating also patients MONEY. They cheated both are STATE and CENTRAL GOVERNMENT Taxes. Very very worst administration,and very very irresponsible staff nurse and also irresponsible management staffs,and very very dirty toilet same like public toilet,as like sometimes public toilet as possible clean,bt this hospital toilet very very dirty, maybe this hospital toilet also have gain to the hospital management, because of this hospital toilet have many infection,so that infection cause many more diesese,so management have make to more money to the patient and patient family members also infected bt toilet,so another patient also ready to patients family,and very very lieable receptionist and also very fake management people,and I have give only zero (0) star bt that option not enble to google,chair person and doctors also not obey the Government rules and Government policies and also AMMA MARUTHAVA KAAPITU THITAM, Government insurance treatment also not given to the patient, only money minded management,not people's or health minded , only money, money,money, not patients health or patients attender health; patients attender also infected maybe that hospital atmosphere and hospital toilet pathroom,PRO person is very bad and money minded person,STATE GOVERNMENT INSURANCE TREATMENT AND CENTRAL GOVERNMENT INSURANCE TREATMENT BOTH ARE NOT GIVEN TO THE HOSPITAL,SO PLEASE BOTH GOVERNMENT TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO THIS HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT AND KINDLY TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO THAT THE CHAIR PERSON AND ALSO DOCTORS TOO.... this is very serious matter so immediately action to this... Very rude and rugged management staffs and doctors... So,one to ten times think and you are ok go with this hospital..., Very very RUDE AND ARROGANT STAFF AND DOCTORS...,

Nurses are only answerable to doctors. If u ask any about patient, they tell that, doctors will let u know. Doctors are very nice. But nurse's answers are hurting us.
