My bad experience in Dr.agarwal eye hospital, Kadayanallur, pt.name is Mr.Daivaraj, he is my uncle, Optom Ms.Ananthi roudly communication to patient attender by phone, also not given to the glass prescription to the patient. Also I call customer care, next day she threatening like why should you call customer care, So that not responding , and she said, I can't do the priscription to him, finally she said what ever can you do? You do it. ( I have voices record)
