Madam, please arrange a hot water facility in your hospital. My patient needs hot water. Currently, only one floor has hot water, and even there, we have to prepare it ourselves.

One of the worst hospitals I have visited in my life time. The doctor used to charge based on the attire and our enquiry manner, If you asked 2 or 3 doubts extra means, she will charge you twice. What a cheap behaviour. Please ensure before visiting here.

Excellent child doctor, Took the time to explain to us very proficiently, and general medicine doctor is very good with diagnostics cleared up a health issue on a single visit but Confirm your appointment with a call before you make a visit. On one Sunday with a emergency, i tried their emergency mobile number and landline number for over 3times but no response. hence I went to the hospital get an appointment before taking my child over there, only then I came to know Sunday doctor not available but only for inpatient and I was asked to come next day so I had to visit GH. Though there are numerous people on hospital on Sunday, none response to a call which they could have but they simply don't. If you are from outstation with an emergency on Sunday it better confirm with a call before you visit or try GH. They HAD a reputation for being available all the time with the locals, but their lack of communication makes their services unreliable. Lack of floor supervisor or head nurse is highly noticable because in one to one ratio, one nurse would work and one nurse next to her slacks off and it clearly noticable with my 3rd visit.

Card payment option is not available in such a big hospital.. You have to come with money in case of emergency. No debit/credit card options available.

The very worst attitude of the doctor. We went to consult for inadequate milk supply. We had a few questions with the doctor and she replied too fast that no normal people could understand that. She was too conscious about her time and urging us. Instead of giving the answers to our questions, she created problems to make us afraid. We were there for 2 to 3 minutes and we understood nothing from her. Finally, she charged us 350 for the consultation. I enquired the nurse about that and she went to the doctor and said they had charged me twice for both mom and baby. They just checked the weight and other usual readings for my baby. For that, they are charging a consultation fee. She is purely money minded and they charge according to the status of the people. I've visited many hospitals recently in Jayonkondam and some cities also. I will satisfy with some doctors while I won't get satisfied with some. That's usual. Many doctors work so passionately and provide proper service to patients. But this hospital is something I don't want to recommend to anyone. No Multi-specialty hospitals or normal clinics charged me for both mom and baby but they did and their service was too poor.

Subavalli is one of the best hospitals in Jayankondam. My grandmother aged 91 was admitted in ICU due to breathing difficulty whom has been treated very well by Doctors and gave hope for her life. She is doing well right now. Pros 1. Doctors service and patience of handling patients family members. Every Doctor is so polite and kind to us. 2. Nurse service was good especially in day time 3. Reasonable cost of treatment Cons 1. Nurse service was insufficient in night time since they are alloting few nurses those time. We were expecting the hospital management should have allotted more nurses in night time which could have been better for the patient especially in ICU

Hi am from Bangalore , Recently visited jayakondam to see my Cousin new born baby... Thought of share my Experience about the hospital to all. The baby was very critical born in seven months only with 1kg... We all get scared but the doctors and team take care of the baby very well given hope to us . After four weeks continues treatment now baby is doing very well no more complications. Little expensive compare to near hospitals but worth it Thank you so much .
