We had a very positive experience at Sudha Hospital, Erode. The staff, nurses, and doctor were polite, supportive, and guided us well throughout the recovery process. The ward was clean and comfortable, and the food provided was hygienic and satisfactory. The only minor disappointment was the tea, which could be improved. Overall, everything else was excellent and we are grateful for the care received.

My grandfather had cardiac issue. Met Dr. RAJASEKAR sir. Post ECG without creating any panic he suggested Angio and Stent placement. All done with complete care. Hearty thanks to Dr. RAJASEKAR sir from our family. He is so calm and understands patients and the BEST THING IS HE LISTENS TO WHAT A PATIENT speaks, questions and responds so groundly. I haven't seen Doctors explaining that much calm n composed. To me if it's for CARDIO the only option is Dr. RAJASEKAR sir. The hospital facilities also noteworthy. The way all staffs especially nurses and supporting staffs from insurance team are all polite and good enough and supporting. Again a thanks to Dr. RAJASEKAR sir.

I had a very positive experience at this hospital, especially in the emergency ward. The response time was incredibly fast, which was a huge relief during a stressful situation. I want to specifically commend Dr. Rajasekar for his kind and caring approach. He made a difficult time much easier to manage.

Seriously? You charge 4000 for a "master" health check-up but can't even include a **50 file**? I have to pay extra just to get a *new* folder /file or use old one? What's next--paying for the air in the waiting room? Maybe an "entrance fee"to use the blood pressure machine? Such a **cheap, greedy move** for a place that claims to care about health. Do better.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. K. Attiyanan MS (Ortho) at Sudha Hospitals, Erode. I visited the hospital today with my mother to get checked for acute pain around my rib area following a minor accident. As a healthcare professional, I expected some empathy and professionalism in his approach. Unfortunately, he made inappropriate and unnecessary remarks, such as suggesting that I should only ride a two-wheeler if I'm ready to risk my life, and if I could afford a car, I should drive one for safety. He even told me to visit a ward where patients with far worse injuries than mine were being treated. On top of that, he made sweeping statements about women being bad drivers and assumed I hadn't worn my helmet during the accident. I lost my patience and had to set him straight, explaining that I sustained only a minor abrasion on my face because I wore my helmet properly. His approach was completely lacking in sensitivity, especially considering I was still recovering from the trauma of the accident. His comments did nothing to help me physically or mentally. He then ordered an X-ray of my chest and confirmed that there was nothing wrong, attributing the pain to a contusion from the accident. Throughout the consultation, his behavior was unprofessional. He gave inappropriate glances and, as we were about to leave, had the audacity to comment on my physique, calling me "flabby" and "dhadhi," while offering unsolicited advice on how I should take efforts to lose weight. Being a doctor should not give anyone the license to make hurtful or degrading comments, especially to patients who are already vulnerable. I'm left wondering how someone with such an attitude has managed to serve as a doctor for so long. It would be greatly appreciated if the hospital management took appropriate action, as hospitals should be the last place where anyone feels uncomfortable or agitated. Patients seek care in a vulnerable state, and it's crucial for healthcare professionals to offer support, empathy, and respect. Proper behavior and communication are essential in creating a healing environment, and I hope the management addresses this issue seriously.
