Dr. Maaruthi Medical Centre and Hospital - MMCH

The hospital is well-known for fertility treatments and childbirth. The doctor is excellent and provides great care. However, there are some important issues: The lift is a big problem. It's there but not accessible for patients or attendants. The medical store is in the basement, and if someone is on the first floor--especially an elderly person--they have to keep using the stairs, which is very difficult. The medical store doesn't have basic items like wet wipes or pampers for New born babies. We had to buy them from outside, which is not expected in a maternity hospital. The insurance staff is not cooperative. She doesn't respond properly and doesn't accept her mistakes, which causes unnecessary stress. The cleaning staff is very good. The person who cleans the restrooms is very professional and does his job well. Overall, while the medical treatment is great, the hospital should fix the lift issue and improve support services to make the experience better for patients and families.

Came here for my grandfather's hernia operation with Dr. Kalikoundan. The doctor's experience and politeness with the patients is highly appreciated. Regarding the rooms, yeah it's pretty good, but could improve some quality standards like the bed spread, bathroom facilities.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the special and duty doctors -- Dr. Nancy, Dr. Indhu, Dr. Senkodi, and apologies for any names we may have missed -- for their consistent support during both regular and emergency (night-time) hours. A sincere thanks to all the duty nurses for their excellent care and dedication.

Very worst hospital. Doctors are very bad. Really they are not all behave with the ethics. Their intension is get to money from patients. Totally very worst. Plz no 1 don't go to this hospitals. Bathrooms are not properly cleaned. Really not able to recommend.

Treatment facilities are good. But Poor medical waste management. Poor parking management and service to patient. Operating lift only for patient have to wait more that 20 mins for list attenders are not available on time. Staff response is very bad. Reception staffs are receiving complaints but not responding.

After 15 years my sister got a baby all because of this MMC hospital.we are very glad to them and thank ful to the hospital. Special thanks to Dr.REVATHY SASHASIVAM mam Very sweet of her and because of revathy mam now my sister and mama is very happy and we all are very much happy to see our little baby .... Duty doctors and nurses are very kind and there service is very good . Duty doctors Dr.senkodi ,Dr.Indu morning and night shift they take care of my sister and baby very well thanks to them ..... Staff- Ramy,logashwari ,Harsha,nandhini,shanthi,dhivya, Madhu,jayabarathi,Ramya, parithiba. Training staff- nivadha,thinishka VERY THANKFUL TO ALL

Very very worst treatment...first they will take lot of test and next he will tell for surgery without even looking at the test reports.He will not come to visit the patient until you accept for surgery Dr.T.Prem raj prabhu Msmch (ortho).
