Omg it's a scam, today we went for kidney stone issues, without scanning they immediately suggested for operation, later when we asked for reason and do scan before the procedure. They went through other treatments in that treatment itself her problem settled down. At 7:30am they said scan doctor will come at 11am, at 11am they said by evening, then we asked for discharge, within 5mins they said now itself we can scan as scan doctor is available now. For half a day without any scan they charged 5000 it's completely a scam. During admission it's compulsory to pay 5000 as advance. In addition to that they asked my dad to stand outside immediately they took a blanket from other patients bed and gave to my mom.

Caring of patient is good. Resonable pirce for middle class on hospital expense. Friendly environment across the hospital including cheif nurse, doctors, nurses, and ward boys. Genuine report about the patient.

Mr. Selvam Veerappan, I admitted my father for an angiogram procedure on 04/04/2025. While shifting my father from the emergency department to the ward, the GDA/ward boy asked us Amount in a strange and rude manner about "part preparations." It was quite inappropriate and unprofessional. On 05/04/2025, during the morning rounds, a OP nurses from the Cardiology Department mentioned that my father had been having a fever and was taking tablets for it. When I asked for clarification, the staff scolded me and later claimed they were talking about the patient in the nearby bed, not my father, But why there standing my father bed side and descision about other patients details I get shock.... regarding this service.... While taking sample and any procedure they not following sterile Mannar...one patient side or nurse station also no gloves atleast 1use gloves no....We are paying amount this is not GH ...but ER staff nurse communication is very nice.... After the CAG procedure, even Dr. Murugan did not follow the AIDET protocol. I am deeply disappointed--Is this really the standard of care expected from Erode Medical Center Mission??? I feeling nurse not proactive...can you reply this mail ... because I'm very suffered....

The doctors were so kind and caring. The overall cleanliness is appreciable. The cost of treatment was very reasonable.

Went to meet consultant Dr. Ramesh sir, paediatrician - services were good, nurses and sisters are friendly and supportive but the pharmacy sucks - they just don't want to give u medicine or they just don't know how to manage queue. This totally spoils the hospital service levels since all the consultants have their own clinics - pathetic service from pharmacy

Enquired for Neuro Doctor appointment. Receptionist told doctor available but on arrival at the hospital , those irresponsible nurse / receptionist told there is no neuro doctor in this hospital.. Simply they told sorry for inconvenience.. this is the way the reception team works in that hospital.. worst customer service even though the hospital has well qualified doctors..

The Desk Staff arent good NO CARD SYSTEM If people come for hospital for an emergency These guys don't even have Gpay or A Card machine If someone doesn't carry Cash? There will be a Life and Death will be Going on! You guys should update yourself and add any one of these we aren't in 90's to Carry Cash all the Time Update and Digitalize yourself And Staffs Says us to Go and Give blood test and All Then why you guys are here? You need to Take All the Responsibility Hospital runs an Canteen and that is too expensive compared to Main Road Hotels!
