30th June 2025 we welcomed our cute boy baby at Care 24 Hospital, and I couldn't be more grateful for the outstanding care we received throughout the maternity and delivery journey. Dr. Rohini was absolutely incredible -- calm, confident, and highly experienced. She explained every step clearly, addressed all our doubts patiently, and made us feel completely at ease. Her reassuring presence during delivery was a blessing. We felt we were in the safest hands. Special thanks to Sister Presila and Sister Parvathy for their dedicated care and kindness. They were available round the clock, always with a smile, and treated us like family. Their support made the hospital stay feel warm and comforting, especially during those crucial post-delivery days. The hospital facilities were clean, well-maintained, and baby-friendly. Bringing our baby into the world was one of the most emotional and life-changing experiences of our lives, and thanks to the incredible care at care 24 hospital, I got my normal delivery there and special thanks to Dr.Rohini Mam and head nurse Parvathi mam From the moment we arrived in the labor pain , the staff made us feel supported and heard. The nurses were deeply compassionate checking in constantly, explaining every step, and encouraging me through each contraction with warmth and patience. My doctor was calm, confident, and completely in tune with what I needed throughout labor, which made all the difference when things got intense, and the physiotherapist helps me a lot throughout labour The delivery room was clean, well-equipped, and had a very peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend this hospital to any expecting parents. Thank you :)

We visited Care24 Hospital for our second pregnancy, and I must say the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. For our first pregnancy, we had taken treatment in another hospital, but this time we chose Care24--and we are truly glad we did. From our very first visit till the day we stepped out after delivery--nearly 10 months later--Dr. Rohini ma'am and Dr. Sulochana ma'am ensured that we were pampered and cared for at every step. Their dedication, regular rounds, and personal attention gave us immense confidence and comfort throughout the journey. A very special mention and heartfelt thanks to Head Nurse Parvathi ma'am. Every time she visited our room, she would check in to ask if we needed anything extra and whether everything was okay. That small act of care meant a lot to us. The nursing team--both day and night shifts--were simply amazing. They responded immediately whenever we called, always arriving with a warm smile and genuine willingness to help. I truly regret not noting down their names, because each one of them deserves individual appreciation. In my view, nurses are the real pillars of a hospital, and here, they were exceptional. My wife was 100% satisfied with their service--she repeatedly told me how well they supported her, both physically and mentally. The NICU and ICU staff were also incredibly responsive and caring. A special thanks to Dr. Aravind Kumar, whose predictions and guidance were spot on. Even after we got discharged and came home, whenever my wife had any doubts or personal health concerns, the hospital staff continued to support us with the same care and guidance. This post-discharge support was something we had missed during our first pregnancy at a different hospital. Lastly, from the reception to the billing desk, admin, doctors, and nurses, every single team member at Care24 was kind, professional, and thoughtful. It truly made this entire journey a peaceful and happy one for our family. Thank you, Care24 Hospital, for giving us such a positive and memorable experience.

5/5 stars! I delivered my baby at Care 24 hospital and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly supportive and tried every possible way to facilitate a normal delivery. Although we ultimately had to opt for a C-section due to no labor pain, I'm grateful for the doctor's expertise and the team's care. The facilities were clean, and the post-delivery care was top-notch. Highly recommend!

I chose care 24 for my second pregnancy and I'm very happy about that because of the service and care from Dr.Rohini mam . the nurses were very kind and supportive .special mention to the home visit after delivery for my postpartum health check up. i highly recommend this hospital for all the expecting parents.

I recently had my baby delivered at care 24 and I'm extremely satisfied with the treatment. Sulochana mam and Rohini mam are very patient and explained clearly and made the delivery process (Normal delivery)smooth.Nurses were very kind and skilled. Aravind sir was so kind easily approachable and paediatric team was well skilled and gave excellent guidance in breastfeeding .The home visit provided by the hospital after delivery for the mother and newborn was excellent and helpful. Highly recommend this hospital for all expecting new moms..Cut the cake for us.. Thanks lot care 24

I Delivered my baby last week . Grateful to Dr.Rohini for her guidance. She is a doctor with full knowledge and handles patient very smooth.The entire delivery process was motivating with the nurses and entire management. The labour room facilities were very clean and posh. On the whole the gync department has a good labour team. Rooms could ve been better for the budget is what I felt. Best wishes. Aarthi sharath.
