We recently received treatment at Be Well Hospital, Erode, and overall the experience was very positive. The physiotherapy doctor and duty doctors was excellent, providing helpful guidance for recovery. The surgery was done successfully, and we are satisfied with the outcome. The nursing staff were amazing -- very supportive, attentive, and kind throughout the stay. The duty doctors were also good and checked on the patient regularly. The hospital maintained a clean and neat environment, which gave us peace of mind during the healing process. We are thankful to the entire team for their dedicated care and support.

Very disappointing experience. The hospital seems more focused on profit than patient care. It appears that the doctors earn more from the prescriptions than from consultation fees. I strongly advise against purchasing medicines from the Be Well hospital pharmacy -- the prices are inflated, and it feels like a way to exploit patients. Additionally, I was treated poorly by both the nurse and the receptionist simply because I chose not to buy medicines from their pharmacy. This is unacceptable behavior and raises serious concerns about ethics and professionalism.

Myself Rajesh, Yesterday I done my circumcision surgery. Really it was good experience. Doctors, Nurses, ward boys and working staffs all treated well. Till now there is no pain in my treatment... Reasonable cost. Thank You Bewell hospital team.

I am Arulkumar,- Advocate. I had admitted my mother ( in the name of Pachaiammal-) on 31.3.2025 in Be well hospital for 4 days. Doctor Mr. Sam Lordson took care of my mother very well. He gave correct medicine to the patients after testing. My mother slept down and got fractured. Not done operation. Before admitting in the hospital my mother always will be in bedridden for the past 3 months. After treatment of Mr. Sam sir, now always my mother sitting only. She is now Hale and healthy. My mother is scared in blood testing he adjusted to the patient level. Thanks to Sam sir through this message.so kind of you. The infrastructure is little poor. No chairs available in the hospital. No door lock, if I ask the staffs silly answers are coming. Junior level staffs not hearing our speeches. Senior nurses all are good. Scans not available that much. No proper bills given. Thanking you.

Daily doctor visits twice per day and duty doctor visits are also there. That made me happy. Especially doctors who motivate us very much. 4. Follow the best medical treatment and recover from the disease 5. Shortage in bed sheets and Severe mosquito bite in hospital 6. Please provide proper bills for hospital expenses still I am waiting for reports and bills 7. Hospital and staff is good. Hospital cleaning is good. Over all nice hospital. Tq so much. Kindness & humble staffs
