Dr. KS Hospital

Worst ever hospital in Dharmapuri. People who visit here are being treated worse by the so called nurses here. Making us to wait for no reason. Also doctors are not available when they say they are available. Seriously no Covid Protocols and elderly people are treated in the worst way. Being very very irresponsible doctors. Especially we came to meet Mr. Sugumar. And we were asked to come by 2pm. And waiting literally till 6 pm now. And doctor just left irresponsibly. So this is how they give importance to the patients here. The worst ever.

Very worst response,general health check OP patient waiting for minimum 3 hours , not response the hospital management.

Humble doctor as a patient friendly. But arrogant behaviour from the Pharmacy staff. Shouting at the attender while purchasing medicines. Wanna us to purchase in a single order. Idk , if they are not ready to work flexible how could have been they hired by the management

Worst experience with Insurance help desk at KS Hospital. They were rude towards the attendee of the patient, to get the bills and asking to visit them too many times and harrassing saying may get less approval from insurance. But it seems Doctors are good, but worst service by housing keeping and claims team.

Please don't go to the hospital for og consultation and follow up to dr.ramya especially pregnant women. She doesn't give time to patients..not giving proper counseling during pregnancy like diet, exercise, warning signs, regarding delivery, breastfeeding and postpartum depression..This basics are provided in all GH,phcs..Next how early u came for hsptl not a thing, Dr asked to lab test,scan,physician opinion in every monthly visit..see the PT and dispose only in evening...House keeping asks money every day during admission 300-500 which hospital admin doesn't care..Night duty nurses go for sleep around 11 clock and we seek help for patients around 1 am they irresponsibly tell at midnight what happened to you at this time wait till morning...In pharmacy they don't provide computerized bills.. Overall it's a money minded irresponsible hsptl

Doctors are good, Management is so bad. They take appointments when you reach at that time your name will added in the last, why they take appointments. Even after you have to wait for 2 to 3 hours before you see the doctor. The staff are not at all kind enough to patients. Such a worst experience it was.
