Dr. Cumbum Cardiac Care

I have visited this clinic multiple times. It is located near the Gandhi Statue in Cumbum, in a busy area with several hospitals nearby .Be aware challange in parking space I appreciate the quality of medical care and the expertise of Dr. Sarathy. He has all the necessary equipment for diagnosing cardiac issues and an in-house medical shop with a good stock of required medicines. However, I have a few observations about the clinic's past and present, as I expected improvements that haven't been made. Long Wait Times: There are long waiting periods before seeing a doctor, and there isn't enough space for patients to sit. Staff Attitude: The behavior and attitude of the staff are not up to the mark. They exhibit poor communication and lack understanding of patients' conditions, often acting robotically. I had a bad experience where others were sent in before me, even though I had a proper token. Better to address this issue to avoid long waits. Facility Issues: The cleanliness and maintenance of the facility are not satisfactory.No fan outside of clinic where many people standing and sweating.Why this not understood by hospital management ? I am thinking to donate fan for this hospital and additional chairs for the patient to take rest peacefully as they not providing token without seeing the patient

We need to go to Theni before. Nowadays it is easy for us to consult the young cardiologist in Cumbum town. Dr. Vijayasarathi is diagnosing and treating the patients correctly on time. Nice experience we have with Cumbum Cardio Care.

He is a very good doctor..his diagnosis was accurate. He is not a money minded person..fully patient oriented..since am a doctor he didn't even charge me .i guess it was above 2000rs...for ecg,echo, consulting all together .. hardly i see any doctors does the same in cumbum.this highly shows how professional he is .. very humble and genuine doctor who dont prescribe some unwanted medicine..ect.for his qualification he charge also very less .. previously we use to rush to theni to get a echo done....and getting appointment was also very difficult ..we have to have long waiting hours.now its very comfortable..to have this doctor in cumbum.im suggesting ths doctor for every one.thankyou

* Too crowded. * Place looks like residential home is converted to clinic * No proper place for leaving your footwears * No proper visitors waiting lounge during over crowding * NO COVID 19 SOP followed here * Patients and accompanying persons sometimes sitting by road side outside the clinic Answer to the reply: We can choose better hospitals as mentioned by you for that you shouldnot place your letter pad across other hospitals and dont ask other doctors to refer you. Since your letter pad is in another doctors table, we are forced to visit your hospital on your demand and greediness

The doctor staff of this hospital also behaves well and this hospital provides good treatment.
