The nursing staff was attentive, kind, and always willing to help--day or night. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Housekeeping did an impressive job keeping the room tidy. However, one area that could be improved is the ventilation in non-AC rooms. There is only one ceiling fan, and it's not sufficient--especially for the attendants who remain in the room for long hours. It gets uncomfortably warm, and better air circulation or additional fans would really help improve comfort. Thank you to everyone at 'Be Well Hospital' for making a difficult time more manageable.
