Hi Our delivery cost was around 2,02,000, which we feel was not worth it. The entire approach felt extremely money-oriented. Every step seemed designed to extract more money from our pockets. Many charges were added by default, even without our knowledge or consent. The dietician service was a waste of money. She visited only once after delivery, handed us a standard template printout, and each of her visits was billed separately. She stayed in our room for exactly 30 seconds, and we were charged 800 per visit. Honestly, I believe even AI or Copilot could offer better suggestions than that. Physiotherapy was another disappointment--similar charges and similarly brief visits. One day, she showed how to get up from the bed; the next day, two basic leg rotation exercises. Again, 800 per visit,both dietician and physio not even worth for 100. The hospital charged for every single item handed to us--even a tissue paper,bed covers and sanitizer. They will charge separately for sanitizing for each day, additionally from room cost. Administrative and medical record charges were 2,200 each for both mother and baby, billed separately. They charged additionally for the birth certificate, which wasn't covered under administrative and medical records. Even tags placed on the mother and baby were charged separately. Some charges were so unclear--like the 1,200 "baby gift." We think it might have been for balloons placed outside our room after the delivery. There's more on the bill, and frankly, it's better if you read it yourself. Even my friends laughed after seeing it, especially because I was the one who recommended this hospital. If you write a review, they'll respond with "we provided financial counseling." They claim C-section costs 1.25 lakh (excluding other charges), but the final bill reached 2 lakh. I chose this hospital based on both referrals and online reviews claiming that they typically perform normal deliveries. But I later discovered that there are many hospitals in Coimbatore offering excellent normal deliveries and better services at much lower costs. The hospital heavily relies on advertisements, and there's a dedicated team that shares misleading promotions--like delivery starting at 60,000 or IVF from 99,000. In reality, even a normal delivery here costs 1.4-1.6 lakh. They lure you in with things like "corporate discounts," "pre-room booking discounts," and baby shower events--all part of the marketing trap. So don't blindly go with good reviews here But there were bright spots: Dr. Sunil (baby doctor) and Dr. Manjari (lactation expert) were absolutely exceptional--knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. Duty nurses were warm, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout.

One of the best hospitals for pregnancy, women's health, and newborn care. I've been consulting Dr. Selvanandhini G for over 2 years now--she's polite, to the point, and always listens carefully. Her clear advice during and after pregnancy has been very helpful. For our baby, we consult Dr. Nithya J P. She's warm, patient, and explains everything clearly--even our small doubts. Her personal touch as a mother makes us feel more connected and comfortable. We don't mind waiting extra time just to consult with her. Only suggestion: better restroom facilities for men, especially during rainy days, and some improvement in managing waiting times.

Excellent hospital the doctors and nurses provide round the clock care. No questions is too hard for them. They're out of their way to find answers for you. Great facilities very good patient care pre and post op. The level of care the nurses and doctors provide to patients are really good. I will highly recommend for maternity.

Recently visited the hospital with an appointment with Dr Divya. The appointment time was 11.15 AM but we met the doctor at 1 PM. Here at this hospital the appointment time is of no use. The most important thing I want to share is we were forced to post a review on google while waiting outside the doctor's room, not only us many were asked to do this. A guy who told me to do so was guiding me through my phone and he selected 5 stars, but I told him I will post review only after the doctor's visit, but he kept insisting me to add a review that too a positive review. This hospital is working more on promoting them rather than the patient's mental health.
