Simply the worst and stupid medical crews... There are groups of working staff all around but none have knowledge... There is no ordered workflow here, the staff makes many errors in the work, reports and communication... The staff are irresponsible and they simply keep you waiting for no reason... This hospital is simply dirty and every lab and test rooms are tiny like a trial room size in a cloth store. Every rooms including test labs, consultantation rooms are all dirty and stinky.. such a worst hospital maintenance... Some rooms have hanging electric wires has open metal ends. These hospital crew don't work for patients instead the patients should work for the hospital... I feel like throwing all the filthy words for their irritating and irresponsible behaviours... These people are working like sheeples.. have no knowledge about what is going on around the patient... Their toilets are stinky like dirty public toilets.. no clean... The washroom has no handwash soap.. no hand sanitizer in the hospital, the toilet has some hanging tube that always pours, looks like AC outlet water....

The hospital doctors and staff treated us very well. I received treatment for a hand wrist rotation problem post screw removal surgery and a calcaneal spur, and my wife was treated for back pain. We are now fully recovered and feeling great after the treatment from Dr. Surya Sir and Dr. Deepika Madam from Physio therapy department. I usually don't write reviews, but my experience at this hospital was so terrible that I feel compelled to warn others. From the moment we entered, the service was shockingly poor. Staff behavior: The front desk staff were unprofessional and completely indifferent to patient needs. We were made to wait for hours despite having a confirmed appointment. Nurses were rude and inattentive, and basic courtesy was completely missing. Doctors: Dr.Vinoth The doctors seemed rushed, barely spent two minutes with the patient, and didn't bother to explain anything clearly. It felt like a business rather than a healthcare facility. Cleanliness and hygiene: The hospital was filthy. Floors were stained, the bathrooms were unhygienic, and the overall environment was anything but sterile. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a place where health and safety should be the top priority. Facilities: Most equipment looked outdated or broken. The waiting area was overcrowded, with no proper ventilation or seating. It felt more like a government bus stand than a medical center. Billing and charges: Hidden charges were added without explanation, and the billing process was chaotic. When we asked for clarification, the staff became defensive and refused to cooperate. Overall: I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this hospital if they care about receiving proper medical attention and respectful treatment. Hospital is not having sufficient ECG machines. 72 year old patient was made to go between the new and old building twice as the machine was taken from one place to another. Otherwise, acceptable service and support. Dr. Saeveshwaran took time to inquire about issues, review past history, and suggest options. Happy that we visited him.

My mother was admitted in Abirami Hospital for offloading diabetic foot. The surgery went on well and she is recovering fast. Thanks to Dr.Nandagopal and all other staffs for the same. The 1 week stay at hospital was really very stress free and every department namely medical treatment, room service, canteen, physiotherapy, dieticians were prompt and great. Needless to say the assistance and moral support given by counselor Sudha especially in coordinating every team to provide seamless assistance and feel good approach to the patient care is worth mentioning.

My father in law was admitted in abirami hospital last week due to by pass surgery. The hospital treat good manner and very successfully done by operation. So happy and father in law is good now.thank you so much abirami hospital , doctors and nurse.

Worst place to get treated. I had really bad fever and they asked me to lie down on a bed which was completely dirty . Literally made me puke because of the bad hygiene and the nurse who was instructed to give me injection was utterly under confident and had no clue what she was doing. it made me feel scared as well.the doctor refused to listen to what I was about to say and kept interfering and was way too rude. Overall I've never had such bad experience any where else
