We are deeply grateful to GoodSam Hospital for the extraordinary care and support extended to my mother during one of the most critical phases of her life. Admitted in a highly critical condition, my mother was battling severe health complications that required expert and intensive care. Thanks to the dedicated team of doctors(Siva sir, Samuel sir, santhanabarathi sir) nurses, ICU staff, and support personnel(Sunil sir), she has gradually recovered and is now back home -- stable and regaining strength each day. A special thanks to the ICU team ( Karthika sister, Shanthi sister, Marieshwari sister, lavanya sister) for their constant monitoring, timely interventions, and encouragement to us as a family. The medical staff's professionalism, empathy, and skill gave us hope during the darkest days. Words are not enough to express how thankful we are for the second chance you have given my mother. This is a trust-run hospital, but the fees are extremely high. Even during an emergency, they insist that all tests must be done first, and payment must be made in advance. Only after the payment is received do they begin any testing. Then, the reports have to come, and only after the doctor reviews all the reports will they take the next step. Until then, the emergency patient is left lying in a bed. If the patient is still alive by then, only then will they get to see the doctor. Because of these delays, I know of at least five people who have died. In comparison, the nearby Chinnamanur Government Hospital is far better. In an emergency, they provide immediate first aid and quickly refer the patient to Theni Medical College Hospital without delay.

Very neatly maintained, located at a very peaceful place, regularly sanitized.... These are some positives. Pls don't visit this place if you are going for add-on services...for example, just to take x-ray will eat up 3 hours of your time. I am not blaming about anyone..it's just the process that makes things difficult for quick visit. Taking elders with you and making them wait for 3 hours is very difficult to manage. But thumbs up for the politeness and the response from the team inside.

Patients are well taken care of in this hospital. The management of this hospital is good. There are excellent doctors here. Emergency Ward Casualty Ward works very well here. I saw the cure here. Thanks to Goodsam

Today experiencing very badly due to there is no proper billing system and ordering the patients at the time of billing. One more think, again we have to wait for another eternity to get medicines after the payment. Treatment is good. Please avoid who are all not ready to wait for more time for getting the medicines. Noone will respond and administration is in very poor condition. Please look into that and solve the problems to avoid losing your long time patients.

The best hospital in this area with twenty years of experience, skilled doctors, good service and excellent treatment. A comforting and blessed place .... GOD BLESS

Very good care for diabetic people , very calm and nice atmosphere, staff are very kind , well experienced Doctors. Experience pediatrician also available for Kids. Totally very good hospital
