Very kind and caring. I have a good come back within 3 months. Followed the DR's advise on diet and exercise, now I'm happy that my HBA1C level has came down to 5.4 from 9.6 initially. I strongly recommend Dr Balaji Natarajan for not suggesting Insulin injection and confident of curing on medication itself unlike other diabetic centres nowadays.

An excellent doctor for cardiovascular and diabetic issues in the Medavakkam area. The first time I visited him, he responded to my queries on the location and guided me to his clinic. Dr.Balaji is a very approachable physician. He diagnosed me successfully on my heartburn issue and provided me with proper medication. Unlike a few others in the field, he doesn't prescribe unnecessary tests or medicines. I had a lot of questions about my issue and the medicines and he patiently answered everything. He was kind enough to clear my doubts over whatsapp too. I plan to visit him from now on for diabetes and any future ailments. Dr.Balaji is a very patient friendly, down to earth and skilled physician. 5/5 stars from me. P.S.- The clinic's open from 7pm-10pm Monday to Saturday. Preferably, call his number before going.

I am new to Medawakkam area, and my chemist suggested to visit Dr.Balaji for my daughter who suffered with chest n sholder pain which was unable to bear after Taking over the counter medicines. I tried calling the number of Dr.Balaji, he himself picked up the phone and guided me to reach his clinic. Met him by 7 p.m. He felt that tge pain seems to be gastric but for prevention, pm with caution suggested to tk ecg and echo . The nearest lab doctor was not available, he immediately suggested another near by lab..and advised to forward result to him in WApp. it took one hr for us to complete the test and by the time we got the results, it was 9.45 p.m. sent our results in W.app ... Looking that, he asked to meet him before going home.. he was waiting for us and prescribed few medicines related to the underlined health issue, with an advise to hv diabetes test and to review after 3 days. The pain vanished taking one day of the medicines and my daughter was totally well after 3 days. He is such a patient friendly and down to earth personality, treating patients giving homely feeling and listens with care to whatever doubts raised by us and clarified to our satisfaction. Without any reservations, he advises through W.app for following up and reviews as well. We are continuing for diabetes treatment with him now I would recommend Dr.Balaji, as The best doctor for cardiac / diabetes and general medicine in Medawakkam area.
