Dear All, Firstly, my sincere thanks to Mr. Saravanan of Marketing Team for his kind help in getting appointment for Master Health Check up (MHC) process for my family. Today (01.08.2025), we have visited SIMS for carrying out MHC. Another one, Mr. Saravanan Staff at MHC Dept- Reception Desk, has well taken care of us; starting from Registration to TMT, inclusive consultation with MHC Chief, Dr. Thilagavathy Mam. All the tests as per the checklist were conducted in a very meticulous way by administering due clinical procedures by staff concerned. They were polite and showed a high degree of hospitality without a small face shrink; BUT with a more caring smile. The hospital is well maintained with good hygiene standards. Morning Food is really complimentary to the MHC process and deserves "compliments" from all. It is hardly possible to find a gap in the systems and procedure just because it is concessional (under corporate CSR to Senior Citizens) since all are treated with the same courtesy. Thank you! *** Date of Visit: 29/7 2AM Team: Dr. Mukund & Team (not sure about the doctors name) I'm writing this to share my serious concern and disappointment following a recent visit to your Emergency Room around 2 AM with my husband, and I was in excruciating pain. We didn't come at that hour for something as basic as paracetamol--we had that at home. We came because my pain was unbearable, and I could not keep anything down orally. Yet, instead of addressing my immediate suffering, the focus seemed to be on ticking boxes and covering liability. Forcing a patient to take medication orally when they clearly told they cannot tolerate it is unacceptable. Before discussing long-term treatment plans or next steps, your priority should have been to relieve my pain and stabilize me in that moment. To make matters worse, I was asked to sign a discharge form--even though I wasn't admitted, barely examined, and certainly not treated. That was not only inappropriate but also dismissive of the very reason we came in. You may have skilled doctors on your team, but clinical expertise means little without empathy. I strongly urge you to provide your staff--especially those in emergency care--with basic training in compassion and communication. Patients who walk in during the middle of the night are often desperate, not just for treatment, but to be heard and cared for. I hope this feedback leads to some real introspection and action. No one else should have to experience what we went through when seeking urgent medical care.
Visited SIMS after returning from the US after 3 years consulted the dentist, ENT, and eye specialist all in one go. Super impressed with how smoothly everything was managed. The doctors were efficient, gave clear and thorough consultations, and I felt well taken care of in no time. Grateful for the care and professionalism!
Dr V V Bashi and team have wonderful treatment to my mother who is aged 76. She went through valve replacement surgery. The process for the surgery was extraordinar. The Dr and the team gave as assurance and confidence for the surgery. The surgery was done 3 months before in June and my mother has recovered well. I Thank Dr Bashi and their team.
