We recently visited there for master health check up and the staff and doctors are very friendly and helpful. The hospital is maintained well and clean. I gave 4 stars because of the time taken for all the tests (almost a day) and parking space is not good. We have reached there at 8.30 AM and left by 4 PM. I have already visited there for blood donation. The service and maintenance are good enough. The security guards, employees and nurses are very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it's definitely a good place to get your medical treatment.

I recently had my health check-up at your hospital, and I'm very pleased with the overall experience. The staff was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the process. The check-up was well-organized, and the medical team made me feel comfortable and informed at every staff. I had a very positive experience at the hospital. The reception staff were very good -- polite, helpful, and well-organized. They made the check-in process smooth and were always ready to assist with any queries. Recently when my mother had a mild stroke, we were directed to Rela Hospital saying that we have MRI facility along with immediate neurologist availability there for immediate attention. And this was our first experience there. From the moment when we reached there in the Ambulance, they initiated the stroke protocol and took immediate steps and care that were very useful for my mother's treatment. I don't remember the name, but a very tall Emergency care Doctor was there and very helpful in explaining the situation, and process to us and helped us to feel more calm that they were taking all the necessary steps for the best care possible. The Hospitalization period was also very convenient, and I really liked the way they handled everything for us in a smooth manner - 1. We had opted for a 2 patient shared room, and it was really convenient with automatic bed adjustment, hot water facility in the washroom, curtain enclosure for privacy as well. 2. As an attender of the patient, they did not make me run around for medicines or my own food and arranged for everything in the room itself. They have a dietician to decide the correct diet for the admitted patient, and they provide it in the hospital themselves. This reduces the worry of burden of food and helps us also to focus on the health and care of the patient. 3.They enquired about the health and comfort of my mom frequently and took actions based on the inputs we provided. Their prompt responses helped us get a second MRI and identify the real problem, and we had good doctors and therapists from all related areas who came and treated my mother holistically. I felt that they are giving really good care for my mom. 4. The hospital is really big and though it is sometimes easy for us to loose our way, they have multiple sign boards put up for us and all the people are open to guide us to the right path at every corner, which is very helpful. They had administrative staff like Nirmalraj sir who always did his duty to make sure that visitors rules were followed properly. 5. Even on the day of discharge, the pharmacists came to the room with the required medicines and medicine billing was completed immediately. 6. They also asked us if we needed Ambulance service for transportation back home and arranged that also for us, which was very convenient too. 7. The only difficulty I faced was because I did not have prior insurance of my own, and I had to bear the cost from my own pocket, but they considered all aspects and the process was taken care off in the best manner possible. 8. After we went home, they even had a follow up call to enquire about my mother's health, and they booked the review appointments for us and sent us the details via messages with an option to do pre-payment, if we preferred to avoid standing in long payment queues. I have not seen such good and thoughtful services in any other hospitals so far. I felt that Rela is one of the top notch hospitals, and even if I did feel that the cost is on the higher end, it is worth for the care and services that they provide, and a person having Insurance will probably not face that brunt either. Few people whom we recall from our daily interaction during our stay and who left a lasting impression on us in a good way are our duty doctors like Dr.Siraj, nursing team including Sis. All the staff including doctors, surgeons, nurses, management staff and housekeeping staff were so kind. We experienced comfort and peace of mind in all aspects. The entire crew were well-aware of the scope of treatment and condition of the patient. We can feel it, from the time of admission to discharge, the patient will be in full focus. Documentation and timely updates and services (medical, food and housekeeping) were so impressive. There was no delay anywhere. Hospital looks like a star hotel, neatly maintained, that no one could find even a single piece of trash on the floor. Sanitizers were set in every door of the rooms. There were no damaged thing around. Interaction of the doctors, nurses and housekeeping staff were clear, polite and emphathetic. The housekeeping staff were so considerate and caring even when they need to clean up excretions from the patients bed (which can be because of loose motion, sometimes). Post surgery counselling was impressive inside the briefing room. We can see highly efficient young savvies in action for all requirements. The doctors take time to explain everything in detail to the patient and the attender. There were general timely visits of the duty doctor, relavant surgeon, nutritionist, nurses, guest relations staff, food delivery staff and room services like house keeping, newspaper distributor and more. The security guard at the ward door is so strict, but polite (this is an appreciation). He makes sure the protocol is followed regarding visiting time and number of visitors at a time, and does not allow outside food. Overall it looks like the right way to run a hospital. The hospital charges will be manageable if we have proper insurance support.

His warm and respectful approach towards patients instantly puts them at ease, while his ability to clearly explain the hospital's principal norms ensures that everyone understands and follows them without confusion. It is rare to see someone maintain such a perfect balance between compassionate care and adherence to institutional guidelines. His dedication and positive attitude truly enhance the overall hospital experience.
