We visited rainbow children's hospital as my child was suffering from a high fever, and I am truly impressed with the care we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, attentive, and quick to respond. Special thanks to Dr.Indhumathi ma'am who treated my child with exceptional kindness and patience. The doctor took time to explain the diagnosis and treatment clearly, which gave us a lot of reassurance.

I had a wonderful experience at this hospital. Throughout my pregnancy and delivery, Dr. Sura Pushpalatha guided me with immense patience and care--just like a mother! Dr. Arun Sundaram provided exceptional support in managing our preterm baby's challenges. Beyond the attending doctors, I felt completely safe and comfortable discussing my concerns with Dr. Vandhana and Dr. Anbukarasi. The entire nursing team was incredibly friendly and supportive. A special mention to Ms. Ranjitha from recovery, Ms. Prathima from NICU, as well as Ms. Sundaram and Ms. Nandini from the ward, for their empathy and dedication. While the housekeeping staff were diligent and helpful, the hospital could benefit from additional staffing in that area.
