The staff and the nurses are pathetic. There was no proper response from any staff. The receptionist Reena was so rude and arrogant. She just makes people sit for hours and when you ask on the eta there was no response. She simply shows lot of arrogance. We were waiting indefinitely without knowing how long the doctor visit is going to take. I wouldn't recommend this hospital for anyone. I highly recommended the management to take serious action against the receptionist Reena.

I had my Root Canal Treatment done here. Sincere thanks to Dr. Hemachandran Sairam for making everything smooth and easy. It is like we go for meditation there with the awesome music playing while the treatment is going. Top notch treatment and not to mention that the Crown is an exact fit. In a single word...Perfection.

Dr. Karthik is one of the most professional and friendly doctors we've come across. His ability to diagnose accurately and early makes a world of difference, and he always prescribes the right treatment without unnecessary tests or delays. We trust him completely, and he is the only reason we continue to visit this hospital, even though we have other multi-specialty options closer to home. I visited this hospital today at 10.35 A.M. to consult ortho doctor. The person at the counter told us that the Dr. Would turn up at 10.45 A.M. But the Dr. Was at the consulting room by 11.55 A.m. I waited for my turn till 2.P.m. but the turn never came. Some patients broke the Sl.numbers and had the consultation.Nobody was there to regulate the patients .The irony is patients who had some disability had to walk on their own to see the Doctor. A wheel chair beside the consulting room would have helped them a lot. Even after waiting for 3 hours and few more patients to be seen I left the hospital in disgust. So if someone wants to have a visit at the hospital be prepared to spend half a day. Hope I have written my experience in a politeway. I have simply stated the facts only.

Even after the surgery, he was always approachable, patiently responding to all my queries, no matter how small. He never recommended unnecessary tests and only suggested what was truly required. The hospital services were also good and well-managed. The staff was polite, and the facilities were clean and efficient. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend KEDAR Hospital and Dr. Rayeez Ahmed to anyone looking for genuine, compassionate, and professional medical care.

Used to be a good and quick response hospital a decade ago. Recently went for a first aid. But the nurses and doc don't seem to be in a sync. Completely unhappy with the their coordination. Seems like micro-management is the need of the hour. Thou there are few good doctors. Hospitality and nurses are on the down side. Better to avoid.

The maintenance inside is completely different than waht it look like from outside. The chief doctor R. Sridharan Sir is humble person and the treatment is so satisfactory. I was reluctant initially, but got completely different perspective when I came out after spending 3 days. All the departments are doing wonderful job, be it admin, house keeping, nurses, pharmacy, receptionist etc..,
