Deluxe 4 2262 I recently had the situation and got treated at Hindu Mission Hospital in Tambaram, and I am genuinely pleased with the overall experience. From the moment of admission until discharge, the services provided were exceptional in every aspect. The hospital staff were courteous, attentive, and highly professional. Right from the front desk to the nursing team and medical professionals, everyone demonstrated a patient-first attitude. The admission process was smooth and well-coordinated, which helped reduce a lot of initial stress. What stood out the most was the care and attention provided by the medical staff. The doctors were thorough in their diagnosis and took time to explain every detail regarding the treatment plan. The nurses were compassionate and extremely prompt in their duties, ensuring that patients were comfortable and all needs were met without delays. Cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hospital were excellent. The patient rooms and common areas were well-maintained and sanitized regularly. The hospital environment was peaceful and conducive to healing, which made a huge difference in recovery.

Hindu mission Hospital is trustworthy and reliable for many years now. CDU 4 and HDU services great. Very polite sisters (almost 4 to 5 sister took turns took care - thanking them all and frequently checked by management staffs on the service received which depicts commitment of staffs. Reason for admission was critical for my father. cardiologist diagonis was key for way forward. Doctor gave full clarity and trust, while Surgeon doctor guidance and clarity boosted morale. The staff were responsible and attentive, always available when needed. The bed and facilities were very comfortable, supporting a smooth recovery. Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at Hindu Mission Hospital, CDU 4 Ward. Overall, everything was really good. The staff was caring and attentive, and the environment was clean and well-maintained. A few things I especially appreciated: The nurses were friendly and patient, and they explained things clearly. The doctors were professional and took time to answer questions. The ward was kept clean and organized. Thank you again for the care and support!

We visited this hospital for bladder stone removal for my father. I was surprised with some of the incidents that happened with the administration were not satisfactory at all. 1. At the time of admission I wasn't informed there will be separate admission charges. Though I went for a cashless insurance procedure. 2. Insurance - For processing insurance this hospital maintains a rule, and charges Rs 300 as PROCESSING FEE FOR INSURANCE from the patients. 3. Room and Facilities - For insurance patients the deluxe room charge is Rs 3500. Sadly you'll not be given WiFi, if you are a working employee it would be difficult to work using a mobile hotspot as the network is poor inside rooms. In a hotel room costing Rs2000 avg we get WiFi,not sure what's stopping this hospital management to provide that service which is very essential in present living conditions. Note: They can arrange you WiFi on charge , the cost per day would be Rs 500 4. Food refreshment- No food/ refreshments is provided for insurance patients. 5. OP waiting time is too long, sometimes it takes 3 hours. They can fix appointments and ask patients to visit instead making them wait and lose half a day's work. I was happy with the nursing staff's care and Dr.Karthik Krishnamurthy was very friendly and approachable. He explained the issue and procedure clearly. Very good sanitation facilities, they keep the washrooms clean.
