Front Desk don't have a proper communication for guidance , inefficient staff and poorly maintained infrastructure.

Avoid this hospital if you want to live a longer life. Arul suggested High dosage and the patient was almost on the verge of collapsing. The worst doctor I've ever seen. He suggest expensive medicines which isn't available in any of the common pharmacy. Finally went to a different hospital and the patient was completely alright.

I consulted Dr. Arun Selvan regarding my daughter hip dislocation. He explained her condition in a clear and concise manner. His treatment was effective and comfortable. Now my daughter is more comfortable without pain. I would highly recommend him for any orthopedic issues.

Consulted Dr. Arul at GM heart care for my mom who is 82 years old. Mom was complaining of chest pain. The clinic staff were very professional in offering the wheelchair service as soon as we informed about my mom's restricted movement capacity. Dr. Arul was punctual, and in the consultation was very patient in listening to my mom and asking her the right questions. He arranged for ECG, ECHO and blood tests to be done immediately in the clinic and the results were shared within 30 minutes. We met the doctor again, he clearly explained his diagnosis and took time to patiently explain the medication, dosage and other precautions that we need to take going forward. Overall, one of the most professional and friendly experiences that my mom and I have ever experienced in Chennai hospitals. Would definitely recommend Dr. Arul and the clinic for heart patients

Good Hospital & Excellent Treatment & Nice atmosphere The Dr.Arun Ortho surgeon is very passionate and involved in his work. I had complete satisfaction in his treatment and got myself cured. His treatment methods are unique to every patient's need. He gives enough time for every patient men and women of all ages.he is a best ortho surgeon that i have ever seen.

Dr Arun operated my granny who was 90 years for her hip fracture . Me and my parents where worried because of her old age and related complications. But doctor did the surgery and made my granny to walk the next day itself. She was able to do her daily activities and even climb stairs. We are very thankful to the doctor. He really talented and also shows personal care for his patients.He always answers our queries over phone. Thanks to my friend who suggested the doctor .

Last week consulted Dr Arun for my back pain. He explained me things in detail and started on physio and medication. I am comfortable now and happy with his treatment. I will suggest him for ortho issues.

I had a very bad experience today with Dr balamurugan.. diabetic consultant Who don't have mindset to read patients mentality No patience to listen our doubts Especially he is allowing only patient inside for consultation.. Very rude behaviour towards patients If we ask doubt he will never have patience to listen and using phone infront of us without listening our pain .. Very bad behaviour towards patients.. I never expect this from a doctor's side.. And being a first patient ..not even a 10 cases he consulted... Must change his behaviour.. Money mind doctor's pls earn money from somewhere.. Being a doctor you shd have some curtsy to listen patients words.. Otherwise it's useless being a doctor I really respect doctors becoz we see them as a god Kindly change your behaviour
