Excellent job. It was our great experience with Dr AK, who has treated my Auntie for the Stenting procedure, which was ruled out by some of the Doctors and advised for bypass. He was very confident about his ability to carry out this safe procedure, which is very rare nowadays. I am able to see her walk comfortably within two days of the procedure. It was a miracle I stepped in to the ProMed Hospital. On February 3rd evening when I was driving my SUV, I suffered Pulmonary Edema and I couldn't breathe. Immediately I stopped my vehicle in front of my friend's house and we both took an auto ricksha to ProMed hospital which was just one and half kilo meter away from where I my vehicle. I used to cross the hospital atleast twice a day, the hospital had not registered in my mind. It was my Lord the Almighty who guided me to the hospital. When I got admitted in the Emergency, with in thirty minutes they made breathing normal and put me in ICU. Since my case was a complicated one, Dr. Arun Kalyanasundaram decided to do PCI assisted by IMPELLA. It took more than twelve hours to complete the procedure. Through out the Procedure he was assisted by Dr. Anand Manjunath and a very young team. They have given me a second life. I don't know how to react or thank Dr. Arun, Dr. Anand and thier team. My grandma (73y-Hypertensition-Diabetic) was diagnosed with two severe life-threatening 100% blockages. In various hospitals, bypass surgery was the only option.
