We are extremely grateful to Deepam MedFirst Hospital for the excellent care given to both our newborn baby and the mother. From the early stages of pregnancy till delivery and post-surgery recovery, Dr. Sridevi has been incredibly supportive, attentive, and compassionate. Her expertise and guidance gave us complete confidence throughout the journey. A heartfelt thanks to every nurse who worked tirelessly, day and night, ensuring our baby was well cared for and the mother was comfortable. Their kindness, patience, and dedication truly made a difference. We also appreciate the visiting doctors for their professional and warm approach. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and pleasant environment throughout our stay. The hospital's cleanliness and overall atmosphere made our experience even more comfortable and reassuring. This journey will always remain special to us.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the staff nurse. @Mano, @Boomika, @Indhuja, @Abhinaya, @Ramya, @Parameshwari, @Jeeva, @Aruna, @Thirisha, @Sharmila and @Sumithara. They were not only highly professional but also incredibly kind and attentive. From the moment me and my wife arrived, they made sure we felt comfortable and well cared for. Their attention to detail, patience, and genuine compassion truly made a difference in my experience. If we needed help, we could expect their presence without delay, even if we had to ask continuously. I am deeply grateful for the excellent care and support I received. I had visited for my brother's daughter's health checkup, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The care was provided without any time delay, and the receptionist welcomed us with a positive and helpful attitude. I would especially like to appreciate Receptionist Vedhavalli for her quick, kind, and efficient approach. She responded promptly and handled everything with professionalism, making the entire process smooth. Other staff members were also supportive with the next appointment and ensuring quick token processing with regular monitoring. Deepam Medfirst truly stands as a pillar of strength in healthcare.

Excellent Environment. Nice and clean place. Never had any issues with the hospital staff. Everyone was really nice. We are consulting with Sindhumathi mam(Gynaecologist). She was so caring and giving us more details all the time. She always calm and make us feel comfortable. Her way of consulting was more friendly. I would recommend Sindhumathi mam for any gynaecology consultation

very bad experience at this hospital. My own sister was admitted and needed blood, so I personally came forward to donate for her. But after waiting for more than 3 hours, the staff finally told us they don't accept blood donors, even if it's for a family member. Instead, they said we have to pay Rs.1300 per unit, which is shocking and completely unfair. No one informed us about this earlier. The communication from the management and staff was terrible. In an emergency situation, this kind of delay and poor handling is unacceptable. Very disappointed and frustrated with how they treat patients and their families.

DMH you are lucky enough to have a gynaecologist Dr. Sridevi Mam ( doctor turned Mother/ God during Normal Delivery), Manju akka , Priya and Abhitha in the labour room.. All these 4 people were very active (7.30pm to 2am ) in making my delivery Normal, so smooth.. Their care made me deliver within few pushes.. Not even a second they were out from the delivery room.. only smile, love and so much of confidence they gave me eventhough I didn't co-operate much.. Sridevi mam was there till 4.30am to make sure me and baby were ok then only she left, never seen such type of Doctor. She visited daily and checked whether me and baby are getting well until discharge Post Delivery, all the nurses were so caring, lovely.. They made sure we are fine every hour, even during the nights, on a call they will be available within a minute.. Duty doctors, Pediatrician everyone were so good truly caring from the heart.. House keeping akkas were also so good and much supportive like a family.. Overall no more words to appreciate DMH in delivery Care.. Visited directly on my delivery day only but didn't expect this much from you.. Continue the same support in future also

I recently visited your hospital for an ENT consultation and was charged 500 for the session. However, the consultation lasted barely a minute, and I did not receive a detailed explanation of condition or any meaningful guidance. I understand that consultation fees vary, but given the extremely short duration and lack of clarity, I felt the service did not match the cost. I would appreciate it if you could kindly explain the basis of the charges and whether a follow-up can be arranged for a more thorough assessment.
