Good doctors and courteous staff. Rooms and spaces need to be maintained better - Private rooms have stained and chipped wallpapers and basic attention to detail is missing.

My mom admitted with breasts lumps and Ovary cysts, the two surgeries were treated excellent by the Doctor.X Gerald Anandraj surgical oncologist and Dr.Jayalakshmi were successfully done with the surgery and my moms health was good. Hospital is well managed with quality staff. All the tests and checkups were well coordinated. I am very happy with the hospitality, caring staff. Doctors are also amazing.

Extremely disappointing experience. I came for a scan and ended up waiting for more than 5 hours with no proper update. The patient service here is very poor -- staff are unresponsive and keep saying "please wait" without giving any clarity. Everything is done manually -- no proper system, no timely reports, and zero organization. For a hospital that claims to be reputed, this is completely unacceptable. If there was an option to give a negative rating, I would have definitely selected that. This is by far one of the worst healthcare experiences I've had. I strongly do not recommend this hospital to anyone.

My CABG surgery at Billroth Hospitals was a thoroughly positive experience. Dr. Bharathguru and his excellent team performed the procedure well, and the nursing staff on the third floor in the B block provided exceptional care during my recovery. The entire hospital staff, from the ward staff (Meena, Jyothi, Ponmani, Manju, Kirubadevi), CTVS staff (Dhivya, Deborah, Arfin, Nithya), Ward DMOs (Dr. Ameen, Dr. Naziya, Dr. Pragathi) to the floor manager, Ms. Pramodhini, were incredibly patient, attentive, friendly, and approachable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable and well-cared for throughout my stay. The hygiene of the room was impeccable, thanks to the regular cleaning and sweeping. The billing department also coordinated seamlessly with my insurance, making the entire process stress-free. One area that could be improved is the pulse oximeter used by the staff on the third floor. It was quite unreliable and needs to be checked or calibrated.

Myself Mr Veeramany I was done my CABG under Dr Mohan. It was a awesome and highly quality very much satisfied with the treatment. I suggested, this was the best hospital for the cardio treatment and team was very friendly. The staff in the team, Ms Nithya, Dhivya, Nithya and the ward was very calm atmosphere for the patient. Overall it was great experience and also speedy recovery. Heartfelt thanks to billroth hospital for the best service.

Doctor's service is very good. Nursing care also appreciable. Food facility is good. But in day care unit, rest room and patient's attender couch is not at all comfortable. For 11 patients one rest room is not sufficient. This has to be improvised. Day care unit coordinator Mr Vinoth's service and approach is appreciable.

I brought my daughter Ramya with much pain because of an anal abscess/ fistula to billroth hospitals..We met Dr. Kumaragurubaran who suggested an MRI to be taken to find the roots of the cause..after MRI a surgery was suggested by him and he went on to perform it the next day itself.During surgery the doctor himself and the anesthetist doctor were so kind and considerate with us..now she much relieved of the pain now. The doctor and the nurses and staff of A2 block were very prompt and considerate during the post operative measures. Dr.. Kumaragurubaran performed the surgery by 7 in the evening and after 4 hours he visited my daughter by 10.30 late in night. Much thanks to him and we look upon him as God who has given her eternal relief

Appointment system is to be followed . Prior appointment over phone reduces rush/ space / waiting time patient / car parking space etc Patient come on 15 minutes before scheduled time of appointment . Patient need not wait from morning 10.30 to 1 PM to meet Doctor.. We are in the world of advanced system/ time management. Waiting patient for long time particularly diabetic patient causes concern. Also seating arrangement are not good For long waiting and comfortable..
