Dr. ASTRA Speciality Hospital - Best Orthopedic Surgeon

The hospital provides excellent medical services with qualified doctors, modern equipment, and a clean environment. Staff are cooperative and ensure good patient care. Waiting time is reasonable, and overall experience is satisfactory.

I had a great experience at Astra hospital. The doctors were highly professional and explained everything clearly. The staff was courteous, and the treatment was effective. My recovery has been smooth, and I'm very thankful for their care. Highly recommend this ortho hospital!

Guys Do please look into this review and choose your Hospital wisely. This hospital is short staffed and not equipped with enough resources and facilities for patients. From a recent experience of my Beloved friend from this hospital was so cruel and people are inhuman. He met with an accident , underwent surgery on both the legs and fracture on the knee cap. He was advised In BED MOBILISATION for 8weeks and plastered both the legs due to he uses ambulance for routine checkup over the surgeries. He for abdominal pain around 3 am in the morning and asked for help from in and around hospital near the nest apartment, no one answered and gave proper solution . He contacted this Worst hospital multiple times and they mentioned in visit treatment and ambulance people asked to pay 1.5k for ambulance and 1k for helper to pick him from the bed and move him to hospital which is 700 mts from his place. The head nurse and the doc denied home visit later he called Apolo Hospital and they provided a better solution for him. Now he is much better than earlier. This is not a promotion or something. You can still contact me for detailed feedback and with adequate proofs from my side. So again choose wisely as each people lives count

Hospital and Doctors both are not at all good. Always doctor will be at Velachery location. Receptionist doesn't know whether doctor comes or not. Doctor won't pick the receptionist phone itself. If doctor itself not interested to come to this clinic I don't know why they kept this clinic in semanchery

Great job! My wife had a fracture in her hand and her leg bones were broken into three pieces. I took her to Astra Speciality Hospital for surgery. The surgeon, Dr. Naveen Lysander (MBBS, MS ORTHOPAEDICS,) did a great job. The nurses at the hospital took great care to my wife, which is very important for the patients, and the hospital and the surrounding areas were very neat and clean. Most importantly, I compared the costs at other private hospitals and I was very happy that the surgery was done at a much lower cost at Astra Speciality Hospital. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided at your hospital. My wife has been experiencing pregnancy-related issues, and for the past three days, I have been repeatedly visiting the hospital but have been unable to get an appointment. Despite the seriousness of the situation, no action was taken to address the matter promptly. This lack of care forced me to seek help at another hospital on Monday. Such negligence is unacceptable, especially in critical cases like this. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your processes to avoid similar experiences for others in the future.

Wrong blood test report. Non-certified lab. Compared blood test report from here and a certified lab - huge difference between the reports. Don't know whether they've sent someone else's report to me.
