Dr. Apollo Clinic

Very good clinic for full body check up for annual health check up. But doctor consultation needs to improve in terms of evaluation. I feel the consultation is too generic and not in detail. Second consultation needs prior appointment and priority will be given only to the first consultant. So there will be a long waiting time.

I visited the clinic for master health check up in May 2025 and here is my review: Positives : The staff at the blood collection lab were good and so were the front desk staff The gynecologist Dr Suganya had a positive approach with the patient Negatives: Most of the tests felt rushed and there was a lack of professionalism ,and at times I was doubtful of this was part of a big corporate hospital. There was no clear instruction as to where the patient has to go next ...like I had the treadmill test and immediately my blood was drawn for post sugar ( which resulted in my pp sugar being lower than the fasting one ) The person who took the pulmonary test literally rushed me through the process , and I got a report that said not enough data to process a result.when questioned about this, I was told it's fine,not everyone can finish the test And to top it all I paid 15k for a package that included mammogram and I was only given a scan and not the actual digital mammogram.and the radiologist who handled the mammogram hardly spent less than a minute for the scan as she rushed to be on the phone.

I would like to thank Mr. Karim for his excellent service in Apollo clinic. He works professionally and is very customer centric. This is the 3rd Apollo facility I am visiting and I would recommend this one for your regular medical checkup. Not crowded, very neat and good staff.

Clinic is good. Can be maintained better especially when it's crowded. Few facilities like coffee availability will be great. No 4 wheeler parking available. Best to reach here by 2 wheeler

From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The nurses were particularly attentive and responsive to my needs, and the doctors were thorough and explained everything clearly. The facilities were clean and well-maintained

Date visited - 21st March 2025 Morning . Have visited the same clinic earlier too . It was pristine and professional. I had recommended to many. I don't see the same level of professionalism or hygiene standards now. Have elaborated below . Place is not very clean . The curtains are torn and untidy. Very casual approach overall. Does not feel like a health centre. Gives you supermarket vibes. The support and admin staffs are good , know their job and are dedicated. However I feel the availability of doctors is sparse due to which most patients are rushed and asked to do the ultrasound first and then finally the xray . Came at 8 and while all other tests were over we had to wait until 11.30 only for xray . For some reason, the same staff is manning both xray and ultrasound . So one can imagine the pressure. The radiographer still does a fantastic job of handling people and process without showing any frustration..given the sheer number of people and jobs he had to handle since morning.Kudos to him . Another major concern is hygiene wherein one can see used slightly dirty bed covers for checking ECG . Next, very casual and unprofessional cleaning when bed covers are rolled down after an ultrasound. Also ,they are in so much hurry after an ultrasound that I was asked to dress up immediately( which I anyways did still was rushed) in the adjacent room where dirty mops were kept . It hardly took 2 minutes for me but still I was asked to go via that room barefoot for exit . All this because the ultrasound had to be completed for others . Next, The staffs need more training or there needs to be more guidance to patients . Anyone just walks inside the examination room while another person is inside . I was horrified during ECG when I heard other women moving in and out . Sensing my apprehension the staff then latched the doors. Likewise I see patients just barging nto xray room to give their files. This should not be entertained . At this rate will give feedback to our corporate to evaluate the tie up with Apollo Clinics. Not satisfied with doctors on professional handling except ultrasound, and gynec doctor. I didn't meet optometrist and general doctor due to lack of time. Credits to support staff , blood collecting staffs, xray staff and front desk . Front desk staffs do a good job in guiding people both over phone and in person and both the ladies are extremely professional. With more corporate tie ups Apollo clinics are shedding away healthcare tag and taking over supermarket tags. @,this rate will visit some other clinic next time. 3 star for the positive aspects listed here .

Have been doing master health checks here for a while. The quality of service has decreased and they are more money minded. They keep asking to do more tests. The front staff are rude and do not answer customers properly. Most of the staff seem to be working without passion. Would not recommend this for diagnostics.

I had a very poor experience at this diagnostic center. I went for a TMT and a few other tests and ended up waiting over 7 hours just to complete everything -- totally unacceptable! I paid around Rs 7000, and before making the payment, I was clearly told that the amount included doctor consultation. But after finishing all the tests, when I finally got the appointment, they asked for an additional Rs 1000 just to meet the doctor. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. If they had informed me earlier that doctor consultation wasn't included, I wouldn't have taken the tests in the first place. Extremely disappointed with this lack of transparency and poor service.
