We had to rush a family member to this neighborhood hospital due to an emergency. After a few days of care, including surgery, I can confidently say it was a truly positive experience with excellent health outcomes. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout. A special thank you to Dr. Aditya and his surgical team!!! They were not only skilled, but also communicated frequently and honestly, which made a huge difference. It was refreshing to experience this approach, when compared to the outdated mindset of some "senior doctors" who shame patients, discourage questions and even silence patients. Dr.Aditya acknowledged the stress and anxiety we were feeling and took the time to explain everything in a clear, compassionate, and easy-to-understand way. One very small area of improvement: better communication between the surgical team and the main doctor (non-surgeon) would help ensure continuity and clarity of the care plan. As for tests and costs, this is part of medical care, and I believe it's worth investing in the right (and sometimes additional) scans to get an accurate diagnosis. Billing was straightforward and transparent, and overall, the charges were quite reasonable.

To be Frank......price of a single room charge is 6300 and the bed they r having for patient is 1990's type ,,,no screen for rooms..... staffs care and duty doctor availability is much appreciated...... Value for money 2/10

Very nice the giving of accurate appointment timings so that waiting is minimum. The phone operators are accessible easily. The systems in place for pre checking BP weight etc saves time. Always been satisfied with medical diagnosis and treatments. Family has been taken care for over twenty years.

Dr.JP is best for my family for more than 6 years. Never forget his warm treatment. All medical staff, Receiption staff ..behave with patients very good manners.

Being a doctor whose family was treated here . Worst hospital to get treated at . Unfortunately, the member passed away due to lethargic and uncanny care here . Only care about billing and billing .

Overall fine. But Doctor fees is high.. My point of view Rs 300. It is ok. Patient will be come on 2nd Or 3 times. Could you charge Rs 300. Please consider it..
