Poor service of attending a patients of skin doctor ...toady iam waiting till 4pm to 7 pm still the doctor not come the patients are waiting ... And the receptions tells that no token and appointment for the vist of doctor. But the nurse of skin doctors assistant they tell you have to register the name for see the doctor in morning........poor poor service Don't visit vanaja hospital for skin doctor But visit for other purpose its good and the dean doctor trichitrambalm doctor is very humble with patients........ I had a very bad and disappointing experience at Vanaja Hospital, Redhills. My family member underwent dermoid cyst removal surgery on 23-May-2025. The hospital directly did the operation without doing any scan, investigation, or biopsy. Everything was done without proper documentation or diagnostic proof. When we submitted the insurance claim through Medi Assist, they asked for: * Biopsy report or doctor's explanation * Certificate stating the cause (etiology) of the condition * Breakup of OT consumables (2000) We followed up multiple times, but the hospital did not give the documents properly. The admin staff is untrained, careless, and not supportive. Even after repeated requests, they didn't cooperate. Because of the hospital's negligence and lack of proper documentation, my insurance claim was rejected. This has caused me financial loss and mental stress. The hospital may provide basic treatment, but if you are planning for insured treatment or surgery, I strongly advise you to avoid this place. They are not professional and do not care about patient rights after collecting money.

Worst experience......the doctor (dr.chitrabalam) was arrogant.

Very poor experience in attending to patients, with unprofessional behavior. I waited over two hours for an ENT consultation. When we asked the management about the wait time, others were being attended to, but not us. They simply told us, 'We will not treat you; you can go home.' This is a terrible hospital with very poor management and disrespect

I have taking my mom to vanaja hospital for nearly 15 years for different treatments. They provide timely treatments without any hesitation. My mom was suffered from severe peptic ulcer and anxiety disorder, I have taken my mom to several doctors no one cured it and finally, I have taken my mom to cheif doctor Dr.chitrambalam and he cured it within one year and my mom is now very healthy and safe. Recently, I have taken my brother to vanaja hospital for dengue fever and they cured dengue fever within two days . They providing very quality services to patients and nurses and doctors are taking very good care when comes to patients health.

Such a insensitive behaviour by the management.. Recently I visited with my daughter for ENT. I waited from 6:47pm to 8:30 with my 5 year old kid growling in pain. I requested them to send my kid as I saw the ppl before I came were completed thier visit but still they kept on sending ppl who came later than me. When I complained they said they called us before but during the day when I called they said that there is no reservation and first come first serve only. I still waited and asked the person to send in next she said you are 2 ppl behind again when the 2 ppl competed she agin said 2 ppl more.. I was so annoyed as my daughter was crying in ear pain but these insensitive ppl doing their business. I went on to complain the manager he says your child is alone not in pain here. I chose to go away despite waiting 2 hours with that comment. I will never ever visit the hospital again. From my childhood I used to visit here but nowadays it's money only money . Hope my msg goes to the ears of chitrambalam sir

Hi this is priyadarshini I visit vanaja hospital for my mother knee replacement surgery..Now she recovered well. I highly recommend this hospital for best treatment. The services were good and the staff and doctors were excellent in all ways. I am really impressed at the treatment I have received starting from the entrance at reception , the surgical ward and ICU staff. All the nurses were extremely caring. All the doctors were lovely and very warm. Thanks a lot
