Absolutely amazing experience - big shout out to the staff / front desk who are so accommodating / helpful - they went above and beyond sorting out my insurance payment for me. Doctor Tan Svenszeat is very friendly, and patient. He took his time to explain thoroughly the procedure / diagnosis. The ultrasound staff is also very friendly, and gentle. I am impressed! The clinic is often full so definitely make appointments in advance.

the doctors are competent. However the clinic is extremely lacking in transparency when it comes to charges and cost. you often have to remind them them to send a bill and even after repeated reminders, the bills are not sent. there is no point complaining as one gets the impression that it is the policy of the clinic not to inform. there is no financial counselling as it is assumed that your insurers will pay for it. while I am not dissatisfied with the professionalism of the doctors, I am not impressed by this lack of financial transparency. So beware of this practice. I will be looking for another specialist.

Excellent care experience from the nurses (Priscilla and her team) and Dr Tan Svenszeat. Priscilla and her team has coordinate very well on all activities including the procedure and insurance arrangement which free me from all anxieties before the procedure. Dr Tan is excellent and skillful in the consultation and procedure where all my hear-say fears were uncalled for. I am recovering well and thanks to the Orchard Heart team excellent work and care provided.

Visited Dr Antony Gardner regarding a fracture in my ankle. The doctor was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He took time to ensure that I understand the injury and the next steps regarding the rehabilitation. Additionally, he provided helpful advise regarding the means needed for protection and recovery such as orthotic boots. ankle supports and crutches. The staff at the clinic was also very friendly and made the whole experience a positive one. I would like to recommend the clinic for anyone who need a specialist advise about the orthopaedic matters.

I have never come across a doctor as patronizing as Dr. Tan Kok Soon (Orchard Heart Specialist Clinic). He does not listen well, because he is impatient. And because he is impatient, he does not bother to reply you adequately. One word to describe his attitude - CONDESCENDING. Even a simple doctor's medical letter take >8 working days to prepare (currently still waiting for it). They had previously claimed they would prepare and send it to my primary doctor within 2-3 work days. Dr. Tan's clinic cited this as reason for delay: "oh because dr. tan has to give instructions in audio recordings, then nurses write them out, that's why delay". Would you accept such situation if this was you?

Reception personnel is polite and attentive. Doctor Tan recommended detailed analysis of my condition and provided thorough explanation during consultation.
