Dr. National Heart Centre Singapore

I'm not surprised that the National Heart Centre is a world-class facility. The environment is modern, clean, and uncrowded, with spacious interiors and clear, prominently displayed signage that makes navigation easy. Reception and medical staff are prompt and professional in both service and response. While waiting for test results, there are plenty of options for a quick meal or coffee at Level 2. There is also 20 mins interval shuttle bus service to Outram MRT. The presence of subtle art displays in various corners adds a nice touch to the atmosphere. Overall, it's a fantastic healthcare facility that Singaporeans can truly be proud of.

Where my parents constantly brings my brother here most annually of him now who is seek as Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE), Adult Patient for upcoming appointments to visit a Cardiovascular Consultant, as who is now 19 this year, has been transferred to here after below 18 years old an above it was a quadrennial period earlier since he was first visited to consulted a Paediatric Cardiology transferred from KK Women's and Children's Hospital, they are dedicated to healing and fighting childhood illnesses for babies and children which are available able to consult the doctor below 18 years old since he was 4.

This place gave my mum the best care. Dr Yap, is one of the really good doctors here who never failed to remember his patients and their case histories. A very pleasant personality. Also, not forgetting the physiotherapy team members. All of them did worked their way to improve my mum's health.

consultation was great. had a bad experience at the pharmacy. waited for about an hour after registration at the pharmacy only for them to, when my number got called, to redirect me to a pharmacy at SGH because they didn't stock the medication there. I had to re-register and wait again.

5B Cardiac Lab 1: "a little ray of sunshine" in a pretty tense situation. Room 11 had this cheerful welcoming and just very pleasant young man, his name is "Cheong". Turned a dreary day into something quite bearable. Kudos to him!

First time calling NHCS (Appt Dept Call Centre) on 08/07/2025 @ 9.15Am and I was served by (Ms Sandy Moo Musamy) if I didn't spelled it wrongly, she was being very patient with me over the phone during our conversation. I am very impressed by her helpfulness, deliciated, professional towards all my enquiries. Good job and keep it up (Ms Sandy Moo Musamy)

National Heart Centre 5B counter service is too busy gossiping about patients and their caregivers. Don't waste time asking details at the counter service. Totally disappointed about the engrossed gossiping by the staffs. Happened on 9th June 2025 at 4pm.

National Heart Centre Singapore. Truly a very comfortable and modern hospital. I was there to receive physiotherapy for my trigger finger. The physiotherapist Lawrence, who attended to me was patient, explained more than what I had expected to know.
