The review is for the Urgent Care Centre, and fortunately, we didn't need any exams during this visit. I didn't expect to go to the ER for my 8-month-old son since he wasn't feeling well, but the staff, from the front desk to the nurses, were all very welcoming. The doctor was very friendly and patient; he spoke English very well.

False promise by the clinic, that they did not live up to. Clinic promised that I was covered under corporate insurance, and sent a message to confirm that I was covered when I booked the appointment with them. However, only when I came for the appointment- they informed me that I was not actually covered and that I could "try a pay and claim" - with no assurance that I can actually claim it. They just advised for me to check with my company if I am able to, even though the doctor was on the panel. The staff was polite and I could see that they also did not know how else to help, other than to offer a corporate rate, so I do not hold it against the staff personally. The issue is with the false promises offered to me when I was scheduling the appointment that this was covered, or I could have made other plans instead. Wasted 2+ hours of travel time, and now I have to try to reschedule another referral from scratch. I just wish this was made clear from the start, as Mount E's fees are on the higher end, and there's a significant difference between being able to claim the fees under insurance and not. Advise others to double and triple confirm such issues with the clinic before heading down, and make sure they ask the staff to send documented assurance of coverage before spending the time travelling down.
A premium private hospital with excellent facilities and medical practitioners. While the fees are also premium, you generally get fast consultation appointments versus public hospital and more dedicated medical attention. Popular with locals and foreigners from the ASEAN countries. Parking is the only negative aspect due to very limited space. The saving grace is turnaround time is quite fast, usually if you can wait a bit you will get a lot.
I fell down at home on my left knee which had a TKR before, the whole knee was swollen for almost a month, my daughter was very concerned of a possible fracture. Dr nich is so gentle. glad that I decided to get an xray to confirm no fractures and my daughter stopped nagging at me every night.
No idea of anything and Parkway is a duopoly for private health care. This place needs to fire the CEO and COO and entire upper mgmt staff. No idea of operational what is going on and only excuses. Disgraceful as a Singaporean to have such a company running healthcare.
This happens everyday, not even once is all 3 in working condition.
1. The waiting time is extremely long! 2. The doctors seem unknowledgeable. When I asked them questions, they gave me irrelevant answers. 3. I mentioned that I had taken a blood test last week, but the nurse did another one. Then, the doctor said I didn't need the test. 4. In the morning, the doctor asked me for my pathology report in China. I gave it to him, but he said he couldn't find the information he wanted. In the afternoon, I pointed out where the information was, and he admitted that he missed it in the morning. Yet now, he wants to enter the domestic report into the computer. How absurd! He didn't bother to review it thoroughly in the morning, but is now eager to input it into the system!
Came on a Sunday just wanted to take a look at where is the clinic located at because I've to bring a guest over the next day. But the entrances are all closed and I've been making detours to find the entrance, only to be informed that the medical clinic is closed on Sunday so I can't enter. Not even to take a look at where's the clinic. Waste my time and effort to travel here. Stupidest arrangement as compared to other private centres
