Clinic Staff, Sally was friendly and very patient, despite me providing the wrong registration number (3 times). Dr. Tan was very patient as well and gave very clear and instructions on the aftercare and the food to be avoided. IMO, both of them are rly those our parents would refer them to as very experienced "Lao Yi Sheng" and "Lao Hu Shi"!

Family member went to his clinic, he keeps pushing antibiotics when it's just a regular flu. WE DECLINED but he still make us take. Very unethical doctor.

Dr Tan is one of the kindness and most soft-spoken doctor. He listens to you and advises accordingly. My dad goes to him and now myself. Just don't pay too much attention to the reception lady for her tone and curtness and it will be fine. A good doctor is harder to come by.

Doctor Tan has been my family doctor since I moved to Hougang 20 years ago. My late mother was under his care till she passed on in 2019. A very friendly and down to earth person. Provides accurate diagnoses and professional in his dealings with patients. The front staff are friendly too.

No one in queue. Cash only and no claims package. Probably why no Q No fuss, older experienced male doctor No overboard on meds.

was looking for a good GP and found Dr Tan on google search. He was very patient and listen to my condition, past medicines taken, how I feel now etc. He was nice to explain what the situation is right now, each medicine he prescribed, what to avoid, etc. Authentic and caring doctor.
