Impatient and not willing to explain patient's conditions, do not even want to tell patient on medication and insist that the nurse will guide on it. Does Alfred put a timer on each patient's consultation time? Because he obviously chased patient to get out of the room when he's done talking. Also he just bumped into the room even knowing the patient could be changing clothes!
