My father got Cardiac Arrest & 1 artery was blocked 100% and 2nd one blocked 90% then they refer in high center for Early CABG (Bypass Surgery) then we meet to Dr. Sanjay Gandhi Sir and they was attend my father very well and polite as well they give belive that they will be done this surgery and my father will well soon. For the same Ms. Pratima mam help us for the admission & Ms. Jeevanlata mam also help us for IPD Till discharge. Now my father is fine for discharge. I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding hygiene and patient safety at Geetanjali Hospital. My father, Mr. Gulab Rao Maratha, is currently admitted in Private Ward, Room No. 519, 5th Floor. On 11th June 2025, we found a live insect in the food served . This is extremely shocking and dangerous, especially for a patient who is already under medical treatment. Additionally, your staff took my mother's signature on an undated blank paper, without properly explaining the reason. She is not fully aware of such processes, and this kind of informal handling of a serious incident is highly unprofessional and raises questions about accountability. We demand: 1. A written explanation and apology from the hospital administration. 2. Assurance that food hygiene and safety protocols will be immediately reviewed and enforced. 3. Fair compensation for the risk caused to my father's health and the emotional stress caused to our family. 4. Clarification on why an unsigned paper was used and what it will be used for. We hope this matter will be taken seriously and resolved promptly. In case of no response, we may consider escalating this to higher authorities or consumer forums.
