    Patient Reviews

A Honest review about Jindal Hospital as per my recent visit to this hospital for treatment of my patient. My pt was there in ICU and I noticed many things. You must review these points before visiting this hospital- * Doctor's Knowledge- Average * Doctor's Behavior- Arrogant, Lack of professionalism, No Empathy 1. He is aware of very limited portion of Cardiology dept.. you can also cross verify it by looking at available treatments/diagnoses of Cardiology in his hospital. Only basic facilities are available, don't visit if you are looking for CABG or Open Heart surgery (TOF or other congenital abnormalities). Facilities available in Jindal Hospital- ECG, 2D Echo, TMT, Holter, Angiography & Angioplasty (Stent) 2. He is very arrogant and responds very limited. Even after Angiography(PTCA), he doesn't briefs you and addresses your concerns. * Hygiene and Aseptic protocol- Poor 1. Although you can see housekeepers cleaning the hospital floors twice a day, but the thing that matters the most is ICU. I was surprised to see that there is no aseptic technique being followed in ICU. The ICU staff comes to ICU along with their dress and changes ICU uniform inside the ICU. How can they do this inside ICU? 2. The ICU staff doesn't wears face mask and cap in ICU to prevent infection spread to patient. They are totally unaware about what is barrier nursing. 3. There is only a single syringe used for a patient for 2 3 days. I was even surprised to see that syringe was also kept on cardiac table of patient and sometimes uncapped. It can cause needle stick injury to anyone and also invites blood stream infection during medications. * Diet and Nutrition- Poor It is the responsibility of hospital to provide hygienic food to admitted patients in ICU. Not a big issue if hospital can't afford food for pt before surgery, but what if hospital doesn't serves hygienic food to patient even after surgical intervention?? Family members of patient are asked to take food from outside of hospital. I don't think that any street food or hotel food is as hygienic as we expect for a patient who is in critical condition. Hope these points can help other patients also and you can think twice before visiting this hospital.

The receptionists' behavior towards patients is unprofessional and disrespectful, as if they are offering a free service rather than providing a paid one. They need to understand that patients are paying high fees for their treatment and consultations, and they deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. Polite and empathetic communication should be a basic standard in any healthcare setting, and the current behavior undermines the trust and comfort that patients expect when seeking medical care. A more compassionate approach would make a significant difference in the overall experience for everyone involved.

    ## Jindal Heart Hospital - Saved the Day! I'm writing this review to express my sincere gratitude to Jindal Heart Hospital in Sri Ganganagar. My father recently experienced a severe chest pain, and we rushed him to the hospital. The staff at Jindal Heart Hospital responded incredibly quickly. They immediately assessed his condition and started treatment without delay. Their prompt action brought my father much-needed relief. I am incredibly thankful to the doctors and the entire nursing staff for their professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care. They not only provided excellent medical attention but also kept us informed and supported throughout the process. If you're looking for a heart hospital in Sri Ganganagar that offers exceptional care and prioritizes patient well-being, then Jindal Heart Hospital is the place to go.

Dr Sahil jindal ( At Jindal heart and superspeciality hospital SGNR)is not a responsible Cardiologist. He is only making money by Health insurance schemes. On 8.8.2024 my father had chest pain with sweating on forehead and Ghabrahat. We went to Jindal hospital at 6 Pm .His behaviour was rude.He didn't listen to problem sincerely. He prescribed few tests and declared everything is fine .He said my father hs no heart issues. He told my sister come tomorrow for reports.2nd day again my father and my sister went to Dr Sahil to collect the report.Again he said everything is fine .He gave simple medicine Tab Stemtil to my father. My father had discomfort and pain in night but because Dr Sahil jindal assured them its not heart pain .He took Tab Stemtil.Next day again we went to Dr Sahil jindal...He said your father had severe heart attack( MI).It was massive MI. He did angioplasty. In midnight he reffered my father to high institute. He said i will cancel your admission under RGHS I am Gynaecologist.Bur his behaviour was rude .My father developed VSR complication. Please don't go in Jindal heart superspeciality hospital. Such grave mistake should not be done by any Doctor in future. Wrong reply given by Dr Sahil jindal. When my father came with heart attack ...you said bad luck...Mere koh esse laga ki ye normal Ghabrahat hai.Dr Sahi said...mujhe nahin pata tha ki ye patient educated hai aur sahi bol raha hai...I missed the diagnosis.Main bahut busy hun .Evening mein main tired hota hun .

Shameful Dr... My grandfather came to him with clear Angina symptoms including sweating nausea and severe chest pain. We came from Sangaria to Gangangar travelled 2 hrs for this and he didn't examine him properly as all tests were normal ( which would be normal as it is only angina and MI had not occured). As a DM cardio he knew that a old man presenting with all these symptoms travelling 2 hours to just see you has a high probability of angina, still he ignored all of that. He then said everything is fine and you can leave him satisfying my mother that it is "definitely not due to heart related cause and gave him the tablet stemtil" . This related to ignorance of further symptoms of angina occured during night. When MI occurred he said 'bad luck' which is shameful for a DM Cardio that you can't even diagnose a simple angina. When atrial fibrillation occurred and it was initially refractory but still he couldn't even give a dc cardioshock properly which even many nurses can give under the supervision of a doctor (he said 1 shock dene pe hi Mera dil muh me aagya). So even If you are a random person and you take your patient to him please remember if any complication occurred he will just refer you midnight.
