Dr. Birla Hospital, Pilani

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. Both senior and junior doctors lacked professionalism and proper patient care etiquette. The doctor as well as staff seemed untrained and unhelpful, making the overall experience stressful. It's concerning that no action is being taken to improve their services. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality medical care.

This place located in Pilani ( jhunjhunu) Rajasthan. evergreen plant trees here's that why fully oxygen and good cleaning here ! Here comes many doctors in this hospital weekly and daily!

The staff behaves very badly. The sweeper's attitude never ends. The night staff behaves badly in the labour room. They do not clean the room properly. At the time of delivery, there are 10 to 12 staff in the labour room and they behave very badly with the patients.

This hospital is actually playing a racket of looting the patients. Very high price tests, false lab reports. No manners to nurse staffs and guards how to talk to the people. The nurses first give orders to many medicines and other products which they don't use on patients but they use themselves. For example, I have personally observed it during my stay in hospital for 4-5 days, one of the nurse ordered sanitary pads and gloves for herself in account of patient(my mother). I am even thinking to take a legal step against the hospital. They think public is fool. But, it's high time for them to be careful, else it won't be good. Overall, very bad experience

It's crucial for hospital nursing staff to maintain a positive attitude and provide informative care to patients. Addressing any negative attitudes and ensuring clear communication can greatly improve patient experience and outcomes..

In the absence of any other major hospital in the town, this hospital has started considering patients as garbage... Lack of basic facilities. Too much unnecessary processes.. torturing the patients.

Worst ..staff is extremely worst, especially the guards. Even they won't knew how to speak to anyone. Please arrange some classes to them too.

Worst Hospital, Worst Management. Treatment is done by under training staff where they're just learning the things and no thinking patients as objects.
