I recently had knee surgery of my mother at Gyan Shanti Hospital and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From the first consultation through the entire recovery process, everything was smooth and positive. Dr. Rahul Dev Arora sir and his team guided us through each step with great care and professionalism. The hospital was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and every staff member was friendly and attentive. I especially appreciated the thorough postoperative care. I highly recommend Gyan Shanti Hospital to anyone in need of knee surgery!

I visited this hospital to see a physician, and the reception staff's behavior was extremely unprofessional. First, they laughed at a patient, which is completely unacceptable. When I asked when the doctor would arrive, the receptionist rudely responded, 'We didn't ask you to come,wait.' I have never encountered such behavior in my entire life. Just because you are well-dressed does not mean you own the place or have the right to speak disrespectfully to patients. Please learn how to treat patients with kindness and professionalism.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital recently due to the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was greeted with a lack of courtesy and an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. She seemed uninterested in assisting me and was dismissive when I asked about the doctor. It was not only frustrating but also upsetting to experience such poor customer service at a hospital, where I expected to be treated with respect and care. I hope the hospital addresses this issue so that future patients do not have to endure similar treatment.

Service of hospital doctors and hospital staff is worst they don't give roght attention to the patients they waste time of the patients and don't give proper reply and answers of asking anything . I asked many time about doctors bhut they don't replied properly and the wasted my 3 days after that i went to another hospital

VERY BAD KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF THE DOCTORS DON'T KNOW THE AGE OF PATIENT AND CAN'T GUIDE THERE FAMILY MEMBERS WHICH MEDICINE TO BE GIVEN AT WHICH TIME WHICH IS OF HIGH DOSE WHICH IS OF LOW DOSE DON'T TELL THE FAMILY MEMBERS THRE PROS & CONS OF THE MEDICINE IF IT'S SUITABLE FOR THE PATIENT OR NOT THE PATIENT IS SUFFERING FROM HEPATITIS AFTER THE IRRESPONSIBLE & NOT GUIDANCE ABOUT THE MEDICINE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE TREATMENT PATIENT IS SUFFERING FROM PROBLEM AFTER TREATMENT BECAUSE OF NOT TELLING THE PROS & CONS OF ONE SINGLE MEDICINE DON'T HAVE VALUE OF LIFE OF A PERSON ALSO NO PHYSICIAN DOCTORS IS AVAILABLE AS SAID BY THE STAFF ALSO IF AVAILABLE HE HAS NOT PROPER EXPERIENCE
