Dr. Suman Galwa Mam neture and behave with paitent is very well and familer. All the staff also coprate very good and take every work with happily. In RGHS tritment provide full cashless.

The doctors are good but the staff of the hospital needs to more polite.... Being rash a nd rude to the fellow patient or the person or the attendant is not good behaviour for the hospital. the hospital is too very nosiy and clumsy more like an market . Giving this review just because of incidents i went through, the ambulance driver (DHARMENDAR PARIHAR) used abusive language on me . whereas it was not my mistake. coming to private hospital and going through such things is not tolerable. The staff needs more training on everything here.

such a bad experience all I faced today in shree ram hospital mahamandir jodhpur. They must need to improve the management atleast in proved basic surgical item like Bandage and Gloves for regular dressings ..

I was suffering from chronic tonsillitis since I was 12 years old. I consulted so many doctors but the problem was not solved. In month of April, I consulted Dr Devendra Birhade ENT surgeon at Shri Ram Hospital Mahamandir and doctor guided me properly and I got operated for Tonsillectomy operation done by Dr Devendra. I started feeling better just 3 days after operation without any pain. I am completely satisfied by the treatment and behaviour of the doctor.

One the best heart hospitals in Jodhpur. We are basically from Bengaluru on a tourist trip to Rajasthan intending to cover Ahmedabad, Jaisalmer, Thar Desert, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Jaipur and back to Bangalore. We had a total of 10 members for the trip. Unfortunately, on the way from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur, my father had signs of heart failure. He became unconscious and stopped responding. We suspected low sugar(diabetes) or low BP and did not take it seriously initially by giving him ORS etc. on the way. However, his condition deteriorated and started finding difficulty in breathing. The distance to Jodhpur was still 3 hours and I saw some Google reviews for hospitals near the Hotel and we finalized to take him to Shri Ram Hospital Opp. Mahamandir Railway Station, Mandore Road, Jodhpur. What a decision it was to trust the hospital . Any other hospital we would have taken my father in that condition, my father would not be alive today. Immediately on arrival in Emergency, the doctors checked all his parameters SPO2 was 75, BP was 90 /50 and Echo 20% heart functional, Low pulse. He was shifted to ICU immediately. Myself and mother stayed back in Jodhpur and the rest of the members proceeded to Bangalore because there were small kids and infants along. Myself and mother (who does not know Hindi) in an unknown city with all strangers around and father in ICU. It was pathetic condition initially. We made Shri Ram hospital our home for next 12 days while my father was in ICU. The doctors especially Dr Ravi Inania, Dr Nithesh Arora and Dr Ravi's Assistant were awesome. Dr Ravi Inania quickly understood the situation and checked for the previous history details. He is very smart to judge the situation as we did not have previous medical records and quickly commenced the treatment with his wonderful team. I appreciate his talent to understand my father's condition from my mother who does not know Hindi/English and she speak in Kannada and yet without knowing the language could understand my father's condition by the time I came from my mother. I was stuck in Emergency/Billing section. Dr Nitesh Arora(anesthesiologist) was more of wonderful human being sent from god than a doctor. He empathized our condition and updated my father condition on a daily basis. He also consoled my mother by speaking in Tamil. He is a constant support right from day one and also called us after we reached Bangalore safely. A gentleman and kind hearted doctor. He is a treasure for Shri Ram Hospital. The Nursing staff in ICU was our family for the next 12 days 24/7. All the nursing staff Mr. Dhanraj and Mr. Praful( Nursing in charge) were very friendly. They were concerned and took special care round the clock. All the nursing staff Nikhlesh, Ravi Joshi, Gopal, Sneha, Chancal, Anil, Puspa, Harsh, Bhawani were saviors for my father. They took great care for his wellbeing. Especially Nikhlesh was very helpful to my father in the ICU. He took personal care and sometimes ignoring my father's tantrums due to pain. He massages for pain comfort, fed on time and supported him in walking. The Nursing staff especially Praful and Gopal arranged for South Indian Dosa/Idly on the last day before we left Jodhpur to Bangalore which was a pleasant gesture to remember. All the hospital non-technical staff especially admin Chetan and Narayan were helpful. Even the canteen staff Mohan and Vishnu were helpful during those 12 days for food and other needs especially since we were south Indians and struggling with food. We were treated in the hospital for 12 days and my father walked out of the hospital to reach Bangalore by having another birth in Jodhpur considering his critical condition. Shri Ram Hospital is one of the best hospital for treatment especially heart related conditions and has a good team to respond to any emergency. We are fully satisfied for the treatment in the hospital. Overall a forgettable experience of my father's health condition and unforgettable experience of the doctor's expertise, nurse's care and pleasant people of Jodhpur.

There is been around one and half hour. We were seeking for maid/ house keeping staf in CCU to clean up but no one was available here. I am the attendie who's roam around to whole hospital for baiji. such a bad experience all I faced today in shree ram hospital mahamandir jodhpur. They must need to improve the management atleast in the CCU.
