I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Shyam Sundar Sharma from the NICU and Dr. Manila from the Gynaecology department. Both doctors were incredibly supportive and provided the best possible treatment for my newborn and my wife. We are truly grateful for their dedication and care. A special thanks to the entire NICU team, including the nursing staff and other supporting departments, for their continuous attention and commitment during this critical time. Also thank you Priyesha mehta from Patient welfare department. However, I would also like to highlight some areas that need improvement. The Food and Beverage department was disappointing -- we had to follow up multiple times for meals, and the food quality was poor. Additionally, there were issues with bed management. While most of the team members were polite and helpful, one staff member named Abdul Khan behaved very rudely. He seemed unwilling to understand the patient's situation and lacked empathy and professionalism. I understand he has a job to do, but a bit of courtesy and understanding would go a long way in such a sensitive environment. Overall, we are thankful for the excellent medical care but hope that the hospital management looks into these service-related concerns seriously.

Good service. Vishnu, rossamaa saji pragya sneha pratibha munesh rohit provides very good service. Very clean room and tulsi provides very good cleaning service. Anokhi and jyoti and all gda staff always available for the service. Room number 4709 7th floor.

Dr Raahul singhal sir cardiologist is like God sent to us who gave my dad second and confident life. His empathy towards his patients his exceptional. Mr suresh , his coordinator and his management for the whole angioplasty and after care was worth mentioning. Warm thanks to the whole team.

Fortis jaipur, one of the worst in adminstration services. They are so poor n bankrupt that they cannot provide warm water to wadh hands in rooms for patient where they charge a bomb for bill. I hv been geeting treated for my cancer since last 2 months n every time i admit for 3 days of my stay i just hv to ask for warm water only. Doctors are good but what can i do with treatment when i dnt get personal facilities which can support my treatment are not there. My personal opinion with this attitude of higher admin Dr. B.k sharma who clearly deny providing warm water till nov end. Should i switch my treatment somewhere else or wait till nov. When they provide facility. Shame on fortis admins. With your attitude n non cooperation, your excellent doctors will get effected too with these kinds of reviews.

Doctors, nurses and other staff are polite, helpful, and professional and their service is excellent. All our queries were answered patiently and clearly. Highly recommend this hospital for quality care.

They have third party Lab called Mahajan laboratories, they are the worst even snail moves faster than their CT Scan reports availability
