Dr. Eternal Multispeciality Hospital

My experience with EHCC is dating back to October 2024 where I came for a treatment of slip disc . The Doctors and staff are so welcoming and kind , I have been treated with the outmost care possible. Dr Shalindra was my main doctor , he listened to all my complaints , his explanation was clear and reassured me of a better result which was what I experienced at last, I am extremely happy with the result of improvement after visiting EHCC. Mr Ashish Garg from pcs department was very kind and always assisting me with any issues, a very professional man who knows how to manage patient's queries with precision , seriously someone whose kindness left a positive impact on me and with my family who accompanied me. Mr Ram Lal Ji was also a wonderful guide that would assist us with everything from test to going to doctors office, such a unique experience that helped us wait less on the line , this man is professional and polite guide with excessive positivity, he would always encouraged me with : don't worry , everything will be good . Despite the fact that we could not talk a lot due to the difficulties of English and Hindi between us but we did shared a good communication with my broken Hindi. I would always recommend someone to have him as a guide , he knows how to put a smile on a frustrated patient . The hospital is clean and very well equipped , I would recommend anyone reading this review to consider at 100% this hospital for treatment in jaipur or anywhere EHCC is located .

Very good hospital for heart related concerns. Doctors are really helping and true to their profession. Staff is really commendable, helping. For a reference, Bijali Mandal in heart command 2 was very calm and accomodating, her behaviour towards the patients attendent was extremely helpful. She has been prioritising her duties and helping all the people accordingly.

Hospital is well equipped and having excellent facilities. Clinical and non clinical staff is also supportive and have better understanding in everything. Even nursing security staff is also good in behaviour. One of security staff name Bijli Mandal was very good in behaviour and understanding.
