I had a terrible experience at Geetanjali hospital on 29/07/2025 which I feel compelled to share. I visited the emergency department due to a serious medical issue that required immediate attention. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior and the level of care were shockingly unprofessional. The emergency room staff were rude, indifferent, and completely lacking in empathy. Despite the urgency of the situation, we were made to wait for hours without any clear explanation or updates. When we asked for assistance, we were met with dismissive and even arrogant responses. It was clear that patient care was not a priority. What's even more disappointing is how emotionally distressing the situation became--not because of the illness alone, but because of the way we were treated. At a time when kindness and urgency matter most, this hospital failed completely. Hospitals are meant to be places of healing, compassion, and professionalism. Sadly, this experience was the exact opposite. I hope the management takes responsibility and improves the quality of their emergency services and staff conduct. No one should be treated this way when they are vulnerable and in need of care.

This is very pathetic situation face by me and my relatives that we have been moved for counter to counter for multiple time just for the refund of 450 from counter number 9 and the good part was we have been suggested to get wrong amount charged by doctor himself. But he has also denied by the staff.

While everything else went smoothly and we are thankful for the service provided, we hope that such delays can be avoided in critical situations. Overall, a reliable hospital with room for slight improvement in availability during urgent cases.

At Geetanjali Hospital, no proper attention is given to patients. If a patient needs to go for a test, they are sent alone without any assistance. Even for bed shifting, the attendants or family members have to do it themselves. If you ask a doctor about calling a ward boy, they say, "It's not our job, go outside and tell someone." And even if you file a complaint, no action is taken. The service here is the worst -- both money and time are wasted. Some doctors here don't even know how to talk politely with patients. I would especially like to mention the name of Dr. Nikita. Even small government hospitals are better than this.
